Easy place to find. Accessible to the town on foot easy walking. Private car park with plenty of space. Room big, airy & very well appointed. Bed very comfortable & and place set in a quiet area - good night's sleep had on both nights. All facilities worked. Little extras in toiletries refreshments. Breakfast pre ordered day before & cooked just right - no fat or oily deposits. Wide choice of cereals and how you liked certain things done eg eggs. Always offered more! Hosts very helpful & obliging - nothing too much trouble. It was an excellent stay and place thoroughly deserves it's ratings.

Parking (off street) is rather limited with a very tight access road. However, the on street parking at the front was quite easy, and space was available.

The family room was spacious, clean and well equipped, and it felt as if the hosts had thought of everything. I wasn't able to have the cooked breakfast due to a very early start on both days, but the hosts packed me a takeaway "brunch" pack which was much appreciated. The location is good, convenient for the town.

Comfortable and clean room and facilities, location and food, Chris and Sue the friendly professional owners, they made the stay even better. Breakfast was excellent, you choose what you want via a form you fill in every day. Delicious!

The Room was warm, bright and spacious for the three of us and the bathroom was well supplied with towels, toiletries and clean. The information pack in the room was full of useful information regarding local restaurants and attractions and the availability of ordering a packed lunch was a lovely touch which we should have utilised. There was a lovely selection of beverages and snacks available in the room and it was so peaceful at night that you could hear an owl hooting. The Breakfast menu was easy to fill out with splendid choices and the food was well prepared and presented and tasted amazing. My son is now loving bacon and cheese croissants. Parking at the rear of the property was easily accessible and very useful and it was an easy, short drive to the Golf course. the hosts were friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend or stay again.

Dog friendly guest house and great hosts. Breakfast was amazing. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room. However, the host made sure we could take Breakfast together in the lounge. Perfect. Hotel only minutes away from the town and amenities and plenty of parking. Great stay, thank you

Another.place that says they are dog friendly but.you have to leave them in the room.for breakfast which Danny our greyhound would not cope with. In this case the owner was very.good and took tye cost.of breakfast.off the bill.

It was a lovely big room with everything in we.needed.for.our stay. The shower was easy to use and beautifully hot. Good location with a few mins to the shops.

That I couldn't stay longer. That Sue and Chris had to deal with flooding. That I couldn't bring my mattress home with me!

Sue and Chris are excellent and attentive hosts. Sue's culinary skills are superb. I had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to return as soon as possible. Everything was perfect from the tiniest details in my room, to the level of detail shown at breakfast.

A warm welcome.Great location and 5 minutes walk to the town and a further 10 to the beach.Extensive quality breakfast made to order.Spotlessly clean rooms with high end linen and with all the little extras you require on a short break .Great private or quiet on street parking.Sue the owner is a credit to the B&B industry.

Lovely stay in this hotel which is in a great location on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the town centre. A nice welcome from the owners and some thoughtful touches in the rooms - I really liked the option to have fresh milk for our cups of tea in the room for example! Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice.

Our stay was excellent all around. Guest house was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. It's situated in a quiet location which is good but is also within walking distance of everything. Also, there is a great choice of food on the breakfast menu. I would highly recommend it.

All I can add is what a find to stay in a well run place to stay, it was very clean with the little added touches such as sweets and upmarket toiletries in the bathroom. To round it off with one of the best breakfasts I ever had using good quality local produce, also having possible car parking on site

The only thing we did find was the shower in the en suite bathroom. The family room being on the top floor of a 4 floored house it's understandable why the water oressure, coming out of the shower, was like fine rain, just a bit concerned if I washed my hair it would have taken a long time to get soap out of my hair. Also whilst the Parks has a brilliant grassed area to its left side unfortunately because our dog is virtually blind and can't see the stairs properly it did mean he had to be carried down and up 2 flights of stairs to have a wee but itherwise the room we had wS absolutely lovely.

The location of the parks b & b is perfect to explore Minehead and Exmoor. Thoroughly comfortable family rooms with beautiful views of the edge of Exmoor, Dunster, and North Hill. Lovely breakfast, well catered for. Our stay at the Parks was a real break fir myself and my family, we are hoping to book again next year.
