We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe beds they felt quite hard, the place feels like it could do with a little bit of a referred especially the toilets in the bedrooms. However i cannot complain due to the price I paid for 1 night stay. More pros than cons.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was good close to the sea and strip. Very clean. I liked the bar and the vibe of the staff and how the help with situation I had with my friend.

United KingdomThe breakfast was good but the staff could have been a little more attentive at topping things up e.g orange juice and baked beans, fried eggs (had to be asked). The building is quite old and a little tired but overall very clean. The worrying bit is room maintenance; one of the window security cables was broken from the rotted window frame such that the window could be fully opened on the 2nd floor. On a minor point the shower soap dispenser was detached from the wall and just left in the soap tray, empty.
The room was clean and spacious with a sea view. The reception staff were very clued in and efficient.

United KingdomThe breakfast was very basic and I kept finding hairs in my bed. I called up three days in advance to request a fan in our room. I had to ask for this a further three times and nothing was sorted. I finally got given a fan for our room when I asked the cleaner.
Great location for access to the dog beach and lovely partial sea view.

United KingdomThe hotel building needs painting & cleaning, first impressions are very important. The breakfast cereal was in open bowls which is unhygienic in this day & age, people with germs have only got to breathe, cough, or sneeze near it & you've caught something! We paid for a "deluxe sea view room" & only got a standard sea view room! We found it difficult to get parked.
Our bed was fairly comfortable, the breakfast was average, it gave my partner a dodgy belly, the view was nice, & the location was very good. The man behind the bar was friendly, welcoming & helpful, as were the reception staff.

United KingdomLocation. Fairly priced and nice sized room. All basic needs met. A tv shower and toilet. Double bed freshly made. Only issue was the walls are fairly thin so could hear other people’s tvs or muffling from conversations in other rooms. One night it was fairly noisy around 4am outside our door for no reason but stopped every 10/15 minutes or so. Possibly people come in to their rooms. The stairs were a little old dated and worn which made it hard for me to walk up to my room being pregnant but felt the safer option as the lift looked very out dated and old and small. But all in all 3 nights at £176 you can’t complain. It did its purpose and it was overall a lovely location and great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our tv didn’t work when we arrived so it was soon replaced which a working tv so we could watch free view , with film 4 which was great.
