Just loved this house! Beautifully presented and maintained. Comfy beds, huge showers, exceptionally well furnished huge lounge upstairs with seaviews. Coffee, teabags, milk, bottle of wine, and homemade cake waiting for us. A full size pool table completed our stay!

That we weren’t staying longer.

Warm, very clean, spacious and well equipped, excellent location. There were only two of us but this is perfect for a family. All linen including beach towels provided. Home baked lemon drizzle cake and a bottle of wine. Well stocked kitchen - both equipment and cleaning stuff. Tea, coffee, sauces etc all there and none of that dubious stuff of unidentifiable age! Washing machine and tumble dryer with washing liquid supplied. Kind helpful host let us check in early and leave our bags on check out. Close to the beach and everything in town was 10 mins away! There was nothing we didn't like except the rubbish weather, our hosts sadly couldn't do anything about that🤣

The house was perfect. Cosy, warm and welcoming. Hosts were great, lots of extras wine, cake, flowers which were really lovely. Pool table went down very well with the kids. Rooms all massive, loads of room for our disabled family member. Also very well thought out, raised toilet, walk in showers, loads of space. Fantastic holiday in a fantastic well equipped home from home. Will definitely be back

Very comfortable, immaculately clean upside down house. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything you need and more. Perfect hosts. Welcoming and with extra touches , wine, fresh flowers and delicious home made cake. Just perfect.

Lovely comfortable well-equipped upside-down house with great views …with easy access on foot or by car or public transport to some wonderful sights including Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle, St Abbs and Eyemouth.

Everything was amazing about the whole property. From hosts & arriving to birthday cake, card, fresh flowers & bottle of prosecco for my dads 70th Birthday, even had banners up. Would highly recommend to family & friends if looking for place to stay in Berwick. Just wish we could stayed longer & will definately go back to stay again!

Nothing to find fault with.

Property was very spacious, very close at hand for the train station if travelling by train or using the train for day trips to Edinburgh /Newcastle for example. It was a pleasant 5/10 minute walk into the town centre and also close to the coastal path for a walk by the sea. The house is very well equipped with all the basic needs in the kitchen( tea, coffee,sugar, cooking oil etc etc). Nothing that fault could be found in this property.

Hosts were very welcoming. Fresh flowers, wine and home made cake on arrival, along with tea, coffee and milk. Lots of condiments. We'll stocked kitchen. Beds very comfortable and the showers were brilliant. All in all a very nice holiday let. Home from home. Well done to Mary and Drew.

You want for nothing when visiting Stow House, there is nothing that hasn’t been thought of for it’s guests. The house is immaculate, welcoming, comfortable, beautiful views and surroundings. The homemade lemon drizzle cake is always a hit with the children (the adults also… not forgetting the wine!)

Lovely upside-down house with views over the downs to the sea. Very comfortable and well equipped for all ages. Hosts were welcoming and hospitable but not intrusive. The pool table was a huge bonus.

Although the free wifi provided was generally good there were times of the day when is was frustratingly slow. Apart from that we could fault nothing.

Lovely property with a definite wow factor. Very comfortable with excellent views and everything provided for a wonderful stay. The fresh flowers, delicious cake and wine were much appreciated and a lovely touch.
