Everything was perfect

We were made very welcome by Matt and Andy. Our room was beautiful, very clean and nice to have plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options and everything was spotlessly clean. Nice to have parking, can definitely recommend for a great stay and we will be back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a lovely weekend Andy and Matt excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Our room was exceptional the best b&b we have ever stayed in. Andy's breakfast good start to the day. Highly recommend.

Stover Lodge and Matt and Andy were great. Last minute break and great choice. Spotlessly clean comfortable and with good parking. . Breakfast was superb plenty of choice. , hosts couldn’t have been friendlier and we will return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Stover Lodge, will definitely be coming back - highly recommend if you are in the Torbay area. The room was so specious and clean, beds were unbelievably comfy, breakfast was delicious and Andy & Matt are so lovely. The location is so convenient -2 min to train station, bus stop is on the doorstep and it's only 20min walk to beachfront.

The only improvements I would suggest are the relocation of the shower rail in the suite bathroom to the side wall as for a lovely big shower there is little room to move where the shower rail is currently positioned, and although the bath towels were lovely and fluffy they were towels rather than sheets so quite difficult to get fully around your body.

The property was immaculate and the decor tasteful with furnishings being high end quality items. The suite was spacious and had everything you needed and more!! A lovely fridge that actually kept your drinks cold, glasses and a corkscrew, a fantastic selection of coffee and teas with plenty of sachets of milk. A lovely touch were the snack size chocolate bars and, as it was Easter a cream egg per guest!! The location was perfect with a bus stop and train station on the doorstep with plenty of off road parking too. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. Andy and Matt were lovely hosts and have a wonderful b&b that I would recommend to everyone and we will definitely be back!!

Amazing Hosts, Breakfast was great. Would recommend to everyone. Lots of parking out the front, The room was modern, it had everything you would need for your stay, bed was super comfy, room was spacious. 5 minute drive into the town or there is a bus stop 5 meters away with buses every 10 minutes.

There is nothing we didn’t like, one of the best we have ever stayed at.

Very nicely decorated, very clean, very comfortable beds. The breakfasts are very nice. Matt & Andy are lovely hosts & nothing is too much trouble for them, thank you both. We will definitely go back again.

Fantastic place to stay on the doorstep is a bus stop to go to town. Friendly helpful owners who cook amazing breakfasts. But took great care of us whilst we were there . Lovely spacious room, comfortable beds . Super clean and great decor throught the rooms. Car parking space, too. Great location, we can t wait to return.
