These are all minor and in no way detracted from our stay...more of an improvement guide: Pillows are way too soft and hardly any stuffing, so I had to use 2 to sleep on, but we found them to be a bit lumpy, too. The toilets are not great throughout the hotel. We found the seats very low and small, and you almost sit on the inside rim. There are no accessible plug sockets by the beds for charging phones, etc.

Friendly and helpful staff Little touches to the room like coffee machine and snacks Llittle blue guide book was a great help for explanations, facilities, room service, etc Rooms are good a size and clean, and beds are comfortable. The food is amazing. Close to lots of shops and transport.

Hotel is in a great location for Wimbledon Village and Wimbledon Town. We were able to walk to both. We had both dinner and breakfast which we throughly enjoyed. Staff were friendly.

    Nothing not to like.

Everything was wonderful - the hotel itself, the location, the staff, so friendly, courteous, efficient, helpful. A wonderful vibe as soon as you walk in - we came in by way of the pub, but there is a different entrance too. Amazingly quiet at night, didn't hear anything. A real neighbourhood, in Wimbledon Village, across from Wimbledon Common, about 12 minutes walk downhill to the tube station, or a short bus ride. Fabulous place. Lots of television stations, a bathtub.

    Nothing.

I can not fault our stay at the Rose and Crown. The hotel/pub is so very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped with lovely added special touches such as a well stocked honesty basket (perfect for those late night snacks) and homemade shortbread biscuits. The linen and bedding made the sleep comfortable and the towels were super soft. Breakfast was beautiful and the resident pooch was super cute and friendly. Perfectly located for New Wimbledon Theatre - Ubers are readily available and reasonably priced.

At breakfast the pastry was too huge for anyone to take, smaller croissants would have been ideal

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was ready even though we had arrived earlier than check-in time.

The room was a fantastic size, with a queen size bed! Toon was well equipped with everything that could be needed (e.g. ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc). Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, the breakfast and food in the restaurant were also fantastic!

One minor issue, the shower would go cold from time to time - luckily it was not a cold Day - but it needs fixing
