I have mobility problems and the stairs were not easy for me

the house was a lovely old building. tastefully decorated and furnished in keeping with its age. Laura could not have looked after us better. The breakfasts were lovely, substanshial and well cooked

Laura welcomed us with a friendly smile as soon as we arrived. The room was compact but had everything we needed, including a fridge, fresh milk and wine glasses! Breakfast was cooked to order and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very relaxed in the peaceful Northumberland countryside

The location was excellent as we wanted to visit Banburgh Castle and Holy Island. The breakfasts were wonderful and gluten free all beautifully catered for.The gardens were lovely and the room comfortable and the hosts were lovely. The Apple Inn down the road was perfect for evening dinner.

The only minus was the shower which was not a consistent temperature.

It is a picturesque location with a beautiful garden and welcoming hosts. The room and bed were very comfortable, and there were excellent quality toiletries. after returning from the evening meal it was lovely to sit in a living room with a wood-burning stove which made a cosy atmosphere If in the area again I would choose to stay there.

The property was perfectly clean with a comfortable bed, the entire house also is beautifully decorated. The atmosphere was very homely too. The location is ideal to explore the best spots of Northumberland.

Lovely garden view, quiet, cosy room, enjoyed the breakfast freshly prepared in the morning. Very nice experience. Had arranged to stay here as was visiting Bambrough, Seahouses and Holyisland which is only around 15mins drive away.

The location was gorgeous. Quiet and rural but with a pub/restaurant within 2 mins walk. The hostess was lovely. Breakfast had loads of options and was plentiful and very tasty. The room was well presented, clean, and had everything we needed.

An exceptionally clean property set in lovely garden which we were able to enjoy for an early evening drink. Our Lucker Mill House room and breakfast of the very highest standard. Laura and Kerwin made us most welcome for our two night stay. We would thoroughly recommend Lucker Mill House.

We loved everything.

Beautiful location in a lovely old house. Laura is an excellent, very friendly host and gave us lots of information about where to eat and visit. The accommodation is cosy, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee and fresh milk were provided for the room and the breakfast is highly recommended - excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again.

A most delicious breakfast was prepared and served by our host. Laura made us very welcome in her lovely home. Our bedroom, with such a comfortable bed, was overlooking her delightful garden.. We could not have been better pleased with our accommodation.
