Location brilliant, breakfast was excellent, hotel very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful,Cindy and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful and could not do more to help, very relaxed atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend, and we will be returning at a later date this year.

It would have been nice to have veggie sausage options for the breakfast, although eggs beans, mushrooms and hash browns were available, as well as cereals and toast (and bacon and sausages). And soya milk - this may have been available but we didn't ask, plant-based yoghurts were so this was appreciated. Nothing not to like at this hotel, just my brother would have preferred veggie sausages!

Fantastic value for money. We went for this place as the cheapest option available but you really can't beat it. On arrival, I started to wonder whether I'd misread the positioning of the decimal point in the bill! Free, ample parking.Clean, well-maintained rooms and communal areas. Great size bed in executive suite which meant twin beds not required. Clean, modern bathroom. Nice small lounge and bar area to use if outside not an option. Grounds were beautiful to relax in of an evening, views across county with the chalk white horse visible in the distance. We loved watching the rabbits darting about in the next field! Fantastic owl hooting in the night, to add to the rural experience! Very quiet location, easy to find. Walkable into Bradford on Avon although a steep hill on the return! Great breakfast available to set you up for the day. If it weren't so far away from where I am in Wirral, I'd definitely come back to stay again.

Room was very hot. Didn’t have towels (had to ask twice to receive towels). Toilet didn’t flush very well.

TV not working - I'm sure staff would have sorted had I phoned but needs to be checked regularly. Mould in the shower which needs cleaning off. Great breakfast and quiet location.

Not a reflection on the venue just something to be aware of: Fairly loud with the ongoing wedding. Doors do not have quite close features so they slam throughout the evening.

The noises.... We think it was the pipes from either toilets, showers, plumbing etc. It was constant on and off throughout the days and nights.

The actual place and it's surroundings were absolutely stunning. The staff were so friendly and chatty. Such a great atmosphere.

There was a wedding on the night we stayed and our room was directly above the area where music and partying was going on. Didn't go on too late but could smell cigarette smoke through the window late into the night and people arguing. Apart from that great hotel.

Lovely little hotel nice views and nice comfy beds in the rooms. Clean and comfortable and cosy. Tea and coffee in the room, TV and nice shower. We paid for breakfast which was continental buffet it was good.

The small issue we had with noise was dealt with very quickly by the team, and the alternative room that they found us was so quiet, it was perfect. Other than that, we could not fault the hotel, nor the team who were so welcoming. It’s one of the best hotels we have stayed at for the price.

The character of the hotel shines through, and the rooms we had were spacious and had great views. The beds were exceedingly comfortable, the pillows perfect and the shower great. We only ate one night in the hotel, but the food and service from the young team was excellent. The grounds, and the location to Bath, make this an ideal place to relax.

Nothing really.

The bed was very comfortable and the en suite good. Breakfast was also very good, and we also enjoyed the dinner which we paid extra for both nights. Location was fine but a bit too far to walk into town. We found the best place to park was the railway station. Bradford-on-Avon is quite a busy place with lots of traffic and narrow roads through the town.
