Some of the showers don't drain well. Small price to pay for the comfort however.

The location is absolutely beautiful and the grounds were well kept. The restaurant, bar, and leisure centre were great places to relax with our friends. The gin tasting experience was superb as well! Thank you to the employees for making our stay as pleasant as possible, and specific shout-outs to Karl and Ruby for being exceptional!

The cots provided are really low quality and uncomfortable, we decided it wasn't suitable at all, we had our own travel cot with us luckily and so we used that instead. In other comparable hotels we had a wooden fold away cot provided with a good mattress, something like that would be much better. Other than th is issue we had a great stay.

The location is great. Facilities very good. Grounds are pretty and well kept. Staff really nice.

This is very specific to our visit and perhaps not typical but there was one very, very loud group in a neighbouring lodge partying until 5am. Very loud and disruptive but probably a unique situation.

Lovely place. Great lodges. Didn't use the main building but visited the leisure complex was was great. The grounds were incredible.

The location was perfect and there was a feeling of peace and tranquility. The perfect place to switch off and completely relax. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and had all amenities we needed. Fridge was stocked with water and extra given on request. Robes & slippers were provided. The grounds are so well maintained and a beautiful place to walk around or sit outside and enjoy a drink at night.

When called to book breakfast, I was told our time for 9:30 was no use and was booked in for 8:30 take or leave it. With a 6 month and 3 years, it was not what we wanted to hear but had no choice as it was paid for. When turned up for breakfast, I was told only for 2 when booked and paid for a family of 4, but eventually, it was ok and got a table for 4

The location was great for us, and on the site, the lodge was great. Can't fault the pool either

We went on a forest walk and needed a bit of a tidy up. It would be useful to know that the track at the top to the left of the leisure centre does not go anywhere comes to an end and you have to walk back from where you came.

Celebrated daughter 22 and Wife 60th birthdays we all had a pampered weekend. Using Kimberly for 4 treatments on us all my son and I include. Used the facilities in the leisure centre. We had a meal at night and breakfast in the morning all wonderful.

The location is very remote so must go in the car to visit anywhere can’t walk as roads are very tight and unlit.

Large ,clean everything you need .on day we were leaving a petting zoo came to hotel .grandsons held rabbits ,tortoise fed Alpacas. Then had their faces painted and a tattoo that has lasted a week .they are so chuffed .

Shower in the en-suite stopped working, restaurant menu in the lodge was not the same as in the restaurant, the locker in the swimming pool jammed and I had to get maintenance to break open the locker.

We've been coming to duchally for 15 years now, with family & on our own, we love the lodges & having the option to have a meal & drink at hotel is really nice, the leisure centre is great for the grandkids & cafe there good too. There was snow when we arrived this time.
