It's always a bit different when you decide to stay in a old and rustic house. For me the windows in my room could have been refurbished but it were no issue, just a personal opinion.

typical french breakfast, with some cheese and sausage. 2 kind of juices, fresh cutted fruits, some cereals and yoghurt. Good coffee from the machine. Tea is also available.

Nothing really

This hotel is in a great location, centrally located in the beautiful village of Seillans, with easy parking in the back of the hotel. The photos make the place look a bit boxy, but it is a beautiful historical building with a lot of charm. If you can tolerate the slanted stairs and crooked wood shutters, you'll love the vibes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and do not miss dinner there: it was one of the most delicious dining we had in our trip. Highly recommend !

Needs top sheet in summer on the bed. Quilt was too hot for us. Many things in town were closed but that’s the role of the dice and it was so quiet that it didn’t bother us.

This little hotel Is an absolute gem. It’s definitely authentic with rooms full of family momentos. It is oozing history. But the highlight was Fred. What a beautiful man to have host us . The lovely outside area set up with small cafe tables under a gorgeous shady tree was a real treat. We enjoyed a lovely charcuterie board (goods purchased at the supermarket) and a great Rose here on the night that the restaurant was closed. Although originally disappointed that the restaurant was closed for the 2 nights that we stayed we actually loved the way the businesses work together. Each cafe/restaurant knew when the other was closed so they basically took turns on who was open or closed. Ensuring that there was always something on offer.

well located hotel with an excellent terrace for breakfast. The room was charming and decorated nicely. The bathroom was modern and spacious. The hotel owners are lovely and accommodate guests reqeusts.They have a nice restaurant and as Seillance is a pretty small town its hard to sometimes find a place to eat without reservations

Actually nothing, however a kettle etc in the room for early morning tea would have been good, but a nip downstairs in dressing gown was fine! When in Rome…..

The Deux Rocs is the most wonderful location with fabulous food and very comfortable, typical older style French room. Highly recommended.

My only comments would be about the old fashioned bath shower- looks very impressive but a bit tricky to navigate. Though it’s very minor detail.

Very friendly hotel, because we arrived very late the reception arranged a self check in which was very easy. The continental breakfast was great especially as you eat it in the hotel’s court yard by the fountain overlooking the countryside surrounding Seillans.

The shower. Even though it’s understandable that installing large shower cabins in this hotel would be a huge undertaking, the showers were by far our only source of discomfort.

We loved staying at this hotel! Every single detail is very charming, and so are the people who work here. It fully reflects the beauty and elegance of Seillans, and so does the restaurant.

This is a perfect escape with understated elegance and comfort, style and quality. Don't expect international hotel experience. It's just gorgeously comforting.
