The room and bathroom could use some refreshing, like paint and new fixtures..just a bit worn.

The amenities in the room were great. Separate mini kitchen, with a good-sized room and a nice private balcony.

It should be better to arrange cleaning services 3-4 days at least without extra fee, instead of 7 nights.

Location was excellent, very close to the train/bus central stations and walking distance to the old port. The hotel reps were so kind and provide us with upgraded room with balcony - thanks them. The kitchen in the room was convenience, tea and coffee waiting in the room.

The room smelled like someone have been smoking inside for a long time. Even leaving the windows open was not enough to get the bad smell out of the room. The bed and pillows were not very confortable.

The hotel has 24hour reception and the receptionists are easy to talk to and willing to help. The mini appartment is good size and there is also a small kitchen with some kitchen supplies which allow you to prepare a basic meal.

It didn't bother me at all, but this is not a luxury residence. However It is clean and well-run. We enjoyed our stay.

We upgraded to a superior room and had a beautiful view of the city. There were laundry facilities for a fee.

The room was not super clean, towels were a bit dirty

It’s near central & metro stations, also not too fair from the old port of Marseille (one of main tourist attractions), but it’s a bit dodgy at night. Not recommended for women travelling alone . Friendly staff and it’s fit for purpose if you don’t intend to spend much time at the hotel.

I was concerned regarding the request for a card to cover any damages this made me take photographs of a few scrapes here and there in the room since i did not wish to be blamed for these.

The Hotel was central a few hunded yards from the railway station and also close to the old port and pulic transport. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good and the rooms had cooking facilities and a fridge.

This hotel is a bit far from most attractions/beach. However, walking is very nice if the weather is good as you get to see more of Marseille. Alternatively, you can use the app "bolt" which is a taxi system like uber and can pick you up and drop you off wherever you wish! The highlight of the location is that it is so close to bus/train station only a 5 minute walk which is ideal and that is why we chose this hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay here in Marseille! It is a perfect location to get the bus if you have an early flight in which we did. Really simple check in and check out system. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room!! This was so lovely as we got given a balcony. The room itself was so nice, the bed was VERY comfortable!! There was a kitchen with microwave, kettle and hob. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Can't recommend this place enough.

Finding the hotel when arrived at station. We walked up and down the street a few times and couldn't find it because there is no sign for Zenitude Hotel but there is for an information bureau.

We were having 2 showers a day as it was hot and sweaty walking around in the sun, so the towel I had was being used a lot. I asked reception for another towel and initially was told that they are only changed once a week, but I could get one this time..

Room was clean with a small balcony which was great in the evening having a drink before dinner. Location was good but there was a short street into the main street which was quite dirty and busy with young groups, but felt fairly safe.

Sofa was really dirty so we needed to cover it by towels as well as blanket has never been washed I assume. The cleaning was once in a 7 nights however the trash was not included what was a bit of surprise. The bed is too small for even quite not a big two people.
