Even if the room service is not done every day I would appreciate a bit more care and attention to it when they do it.

The location is not the most attractive but the atmosphere is still worth it; the building facade could use some renovation; some pigeon repulsifs would be useful in the balconies/on the terrace.

Amazing, spacious room on the top floor with a lovely sea view and a huge terrace, modern and clean kitchen equipment as well as the room furniture, pleasant swimming pool.

The only minus is the somewhat older and long unrenovated bathroom.

Apartment equipped for a long stay. A pleasant surprise was the spacious terrace as part of the room. An outdoor swimming pool is also available to guests.

We stayed here for 14 days but the room was not cleaned in detail. They just changed our towels once and took our garbages. The rooms are renovated but the bathroom is old. There is a water problem. Very hot water was always coming from the tap and arranging the temperature was very difficult. The hotel in general is a bit neglected. The poor could be more clean. The kitchen could be more spacious since there was no area of usage. We had difficulty a bit. However, in general, we had an amazing vacation since it was comfortable for us.

The location is very decent and close to the bus stop and Le Cannet’s old town. The reception staffs are very concerned and friendly. Especially, Mr Christophe helped us about the room change and gave us a room with a wonderful city and pool view. The room and the balcony are spacious. The kitchen tools are new and enough. They kept our luggages in luggage room safely. The establishment is silent and very peaceful.

Nothing really, a bit outdated but it’s just as seen in the pictures, and everything works well.

Good size studio rooms with fridge, microwave, kettle etc, very practical, balcony is a nice bonus

Staff while pleasant did not advise me that there was a passcode to open the main door to the property after certain hours, as such I was awkwardly stood outside trying to figure how to get into the property, after coming back later than i had initially anticipated. The buses while good to get here, only run until about 9pm, leaving you to try and catch one of the rate night buses or arrange for a taxi or uber. The pool was not operational which was a shame. Lastly on the day i was leaving as i was in the process of packing up. I did notice a bug in the room, i mentioned it to the desk staff on checkout, but i am not sure they understood what i was saying.

Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. For the purpose of my visit the location was great, as it was close to a bus stop into Cannes. The size of the room was good, and the facilities - Microwave, Hob and Sink were great.

Please be aware of the 200eur deposit they are taking in advance. I am not receiving replies back on my email asking them to check again and refund it

We requested 5 single beds, one room with 3 twin beds and one with 2 twin beds. We were five single people traveling together. None of us were a couple. The was confirmed with the hotel buy email. Two of the beds were linked with one set of sheets and a duvet between them. When alerted to this your reception gave one of us a key and was told to take what we needed from another room. This other room was occupied and there were belongings to other guests in the room so we left the room undisturbed. The receptionist took our coworker to a cupboard and was handed a set of sheets, but when she asked for a blanket the receptionist said they were not used in France. The receptionist was rude and acted like we were asking for too much. Our worker slept the night without a blanket.

The personal, the guy called Christopher was very rude, I spoke to some girls in the morning because it was an error on my reservation (my first booking for the 6 august could not be confirmed and I still do not why, so I made the booking again) suddenly when I checked my email being in France already, I saw that it was paid for the 22 of July, when I saw this, I called the reception and talked with these girls, they told me to do not worry, that if I wherent even in France, they would made a refund for it and make a new reservation (20€ more expensive) for this day. I asked twice to be sure, they said no problem. I gave my credit card and when I arrived in the place, Christopher told me that they will not pay me or make me any refund, in a very rude way. I had no other option so I paid for this night and in the morning I went to talk to the girls I spoke with in the phone, and told me in the beginning that it would not be any problem with that, told me in that moment that they could not make any refund, they took my info and told me her manager will call me, but nobody called me. I still waiting 2 weeks later…. Honestly a VERY BAD experience.
