The room was spacious! The fridge bigger than I’m used to from other hotels. But most importantly, it was no problem to bring my dog with me. The staff was so kind and helpful!

The hotel is strategically located-very near the Metro. The place was clean, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Water, coffee and candies were available for free at the lobby. If I ever visit Paris again , I would stay at this hotel again. Recommended. 👍

There was a small leak under the sink. Nothing too big, easy to be fixed.

Nice staff and excellent customer service. Free water, tea, coffee and sweets at reception. 1 min walk from the train and Metro station, excellent connection.

Staff was very kind and willing to help. They gave us a room before the check in time. I like that at the entrance there was a coffee machine for free coffee, cakes (in the afternoon) and soft drinks available for free. There is also a Kattle in the room with instant coffee and tea. The room and the whole building were newly refurbished and very clean.

The washroom is too small for a family room for 4. Also breakfast could be better for the price one has to pay.

Rooms were spacious, super clean with very comfy beds. Hotel is nicely located with easy access to public transport. Hotel staff is friendly and always there to help you.

We required a family room for 1 night as we were flying out of CDG the next morning. It met our needs. It was on an RER line which is why we originally booked it. We did opt to use Uber to get to CDG though as the Sanso was well located for that as it’s close to the Péripherique on the east side of Paris.

For a room that hosts 3 people, a bit more storage space in the bathroom would be useful, like two more hooks and a couple of shelves for putting the cosmetic products. A coffee table would be good too. Other than that, theres nothing else to complain about.

The room was spacious and superclean, beds were comfy, the staff was corteous. Hotel is conveniently located very close to metro line 14 and RER C, also multiple bus stops are nearby, which makes it easy to reach other metro lines or do trips outside of Paris (e.g. take a train to Versailles).

The rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything going on down the hall and in the rooms above you. We would have liked for the room to be filled with more furniture, it felt like it was not completed.

The property was great.

It was all newly renovated and modern. Very clean and a very good sized room. The location was just a three minute walk to the metro line. A supermarket was just around the corner.

There could have been more places in the room to hang your clothes and jackets, a hook rack by the door perhaps? The door to the bathroom opened inwards which, in a tight bathroom, means you have to step into the shower to get in or out of the bathroom. Small things matters =)

Not in the immediate city center (which we knew) but a nice location close to the subway and RER train station so easy to get around the city. Quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfy so we slept well. Easy to get breakfast around the hotel, we didn't go for the breakfast the hotel offered. The room was clean and tidy. Would stay here again.

The room is quite small, but overall is value for the money.

The location 2 min to Bibliotheque F Miterrand metro station, a very quiet on night neighborhood. The room clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with daily baked french croissants we loved a lot. They also have free water and candies in the reception all day long. The staff very helpful and friendly.
