We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MontenegroBreakfast is ok, little more variety would be nice and change menues by days, also bigger plates and more cutlery would be a must for 4* hotel , withh lot of seasoning and spices optiongs soses,meet ect . It would be nice to have windows that can open. For ventilation purposes if anything..
New facility, clean room, comfy beds.. friendly staff. The soundproofing in rooms is superb , we slept nice all nights we stayed

RomaniaThe breakfast might add a little bit of diversity, considering this is a 4 star hotel. The personnel in the area should pay more attention when the plates are not available anymore. The heat in the room can be an annoying factor. Toilet brush availability is a must in this century....;)
The location is convenient, close to metro and bus which will take you in 20-30 min to city center, and the main attraction points. The size of the rooms is decent, with 2 kids. The rooms are clean, the personnel is helpful. parking is s strong point when arriving by car. Breakfast is decent and you can find some good things to start the day with.

ItalyAll 5 days of our stay the main lobby was under refurbishment. All 5 days we were having breakfast with the noise and smell of paint, dust on the table. No apologies from the staff. In general we havent seen even one member of staff smiling..

We had the chance to be accomodate in a recent renovated room on level5. Room was clean at entrance and was being cleaned every morning after our leave. Breakfast was really satisfying and staff was doing their best. Parking was satisfying. There are restaurants and groceries and bakery in adjacent street less than 200 meter and is a nice place to walk after returning hotel at the evening if you have still enough energy and you dont want straight go to bed. Area was safe and clean enough for a family. Room was really big according to Paris average in my opinion. Good hotel for value. Recommended.

BelgiumBed was not made up properly. Stains on mattress were uncovered. Small bugs crawled on the floor. Staff was not very helpful when leaving underground car park. No airconditioning throughout the entire hotel. Childlock on the window was a pain.
Sofabed for our children was good. Our bed was comfy. Bathroom was ok. Underground car park was a must. No reservation needed = great! Excellent location when in transit.
