Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GuernseyUnfortunately there is no lift at the Hotel Les Flocons. The rooms, while comfortable and clean, are little small, and short on storage. Showers only in the bathrooms here, but the water is hot and the water pressure excellent
At Hotel Les Flocons the breakfast buffet very good with reasonable choice. The restaurant meals are excellent. There is a comfortable lounge area and well stocked bar. In a great location for the slopes and in a charming village. It is a quiet area but well served with a few nice bars, restaurants, a small supermarket, delicatessen and bakery. Access to the bright lights of 1850 is 1 direct lift.

United Kingdomservice was very inconsistent - e.g. failed to refill loo paper (not just in our room) & they claimed steam room / sauna out of action (but it was fine and they hadn't checked, and when pushed it all worked fine) ski room entrance via a garage a bit dangerous/trip hazard - as the Japanese ski team had set up their temporary ski repair shop there
breakfast was basic & continental (ham, cheese, pastries, baguettes) - no real hot options brand new (seeming) sauna and steam room (but they originally claimed was broken) parking walkable and affordable interiors very clean shared areas basic and in need of refresh excellent location for direct gondola connection to 1850 and its amazing restaurants until midnight, walkable a couple of hundred meters away (need a ski pass)

United Kingdomvery disappointing stay for the cost. The hotel in general was cold and we had to have an extra heater in our room as the radiator was not working. The biggest let down was the food. we paid for half board and we only ate there for 3 nights out of 7. it was a set menu of only one choice for each course. There should have been 2 or 3 choices on the set menu for each course, if you didn’t like what was on offer there was nothing else offered. The service was so slow especially as there wasn’t a variety of food being cooked. it would take at least 40 minutes between each course. some times they would try to give us some one else’s food. the restaurant staff were pleasant but didn’t seem to have clue what they were doing bordering on the chaotic some times. breakfast was average but very poor hot food on offer if you could get it. I would not stay at this hotel again.
The location was excellent and our bedroom was a good size, however it was a superior room on the front of the hotel with a nice view of the slope.

Everything is good.The Hotel is very cosy with the amazing view of the slope. The rooms are clean and warm. The location is perfect, it’s easy to get the center 1850, ski rental shop, aqua centre, etc. The staff was hospitable.
