How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Electric car charger didn’t work. Swimming pool temperature was about 15 degrees 🥶
Tips about the shops and restaurants in the area. Enough parking places. You can order croissant from a bakery at the reception everyday for breakfast.

There is nothing not to like
Check in/out was great and very easy even though we booked last minute. We took a 3 bedroom flat and it was very spacious, well equiped and very comfortable.

We thought this was going to be in the charming village at the top of the hill, but it wasn't. There was an event going on in the village so we were told we should walk from the hotel rather than driving and it was a very long, very steep walk for people our age. We looked forward to using the sauna when we returned from the village, but were told it was permanently closed.
It was easy to park, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. We didn't use the en suite kitchen but it seemed well stocked in case someone wanted to cook.

Couldn't control the room temperature, and hot water was a bit limited when showering.
Good location to stay if you're traveling Grrase, Cannes, Antibes. All facilities in the room were perfect, and the apartment was spacious.

There was no heating in the toilet, so it was rather cold in there.
Spacious and comfortable appartment, surrounded by nature. Well equipped kitchen. The property looked better than expected from the pictures.

Access was difficult at times as the driveway leading to complex is narrow.
Reception staff lovely and friendly. Hotel accommodation was clean. Offered shower gel, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Area was quiet and peaceful. Free parking on-site.

As we age, we need more light. This apartment needed brighter/more light in the living/kitchen space.
it's a very comfortable apartment, small, but workable kitchen, fridge, balcony. We have been coming to this resort for over 20 years! This apartment was well located with just a short flight of stairs to the garage.

Le Club Mougins is a lovely holiday venue. The site is very clean and well looked after and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The old town of Mougins is very quaint and attractive and is a haven for local artists who display, and sell, their works. It is well worth a visit and is accessible by foot. In Mougins, there are many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, take away outlets etc... Buses to Cannes, where there is a train station, run regularly from Mougins, enabling visits to many coastal towns and cities.

The size of the pool is not very big for the number of appartement/people in the resort. The gym very small and only on a single basis use that you have to book for.
The bedrooms were large and very comfortable with modern AC, excellent mattress. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Some building work near to properly, lots of dog poo on the public pavements when walking to the shops which lets down the area. Toilet rolls and towels - we had to ask for all the time.

Only think which was a bit weird is odour in the room. It was my second stay here and odour was same at the different rooms so it must be some combo of kitchen oil and cleaning saponate. But it was nothing crucial
The room was clean, bed just fine, good location, great terrace, parking next by..... I definitly will stay here in the future visit of Mougins
