Room cold. Bath tub didn't fill. bathroom heater not functioning but fixed second day. kitchenette no washing dishes and cups, no refill coffee and sugar, or garbage removal. No sports cable TV channel

Bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom had old water collecting behind the sink hole and it smelled. Layout of bathroom with toilet in opposite area without a sink was not good for family with children.

I found the parking experience at the hotel to be challenging. The location of the parking garage at the block behind the hotel was not well-marked, causing difficulty in finding it. Additionally, there was a lack of clear signage for dropping off bags at the hotel entrance, making it inconvenient to unload luggage. Moreover, the hotel entrance being on the ground level instead of above the door added to the confusion and made it hard to locate initially. These aspects made the parking and arrival process less seamless and detracted from the overall convenience of the stay.

During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of interacting with Imtyaz, who stood out for his exceptional hospitality and friendliness. His attentive demeanor and welcoming attitude truly enhanced my experience and made me feel valued as a guest. Imtyaz's professionalism and genuine care for guests like me are a testament to the excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff. I highly appreciate his dedication and commend him for creating a memorable stay.

Breakfast: no varieties, small buffet. Suite was ok, but not as expected. as normal when I book a suite the amenities are different from normal rooms . however it was even less, and we have request for everything.

Price of the room is high. Entrance of the hotel is narrow and two elevators in the building.

Bathrooms has water bidet (Shattaf). Location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have nice room facing to Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées. Close to restaurants, coffees, and shops.

We understand that this was an old building. We were staying on the top floor and the water pressure was low. It would have been good if there is shower curtain and the floor will not be wet.

The location was excellent! It was very accessible to the tourist spots and also to shopping and food. The staff were all very friendly. We felt very much at home. We had a request of 2 toilets for the 2 bed rooms and our wish was granted. We enjoyed the breakfast and the spacious rooms. I would definitely choose to stay here the next time!

The bathtub and sink were clogged. No coffeemaker or coffee. A robe would be nice to go with the slippers.

Extremely spacious with a magnificent view and balcony. Very cute kitchen and cleanliness is top notch. Very friendly doorman and reception desk. Nice complimentary water.
