Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Sonia was lovely and very welcoming. There was limited but free parking, which is a bonus these days and we were able to leave our car in the car park prior to our check-in time. Our room was large and comfortable and breakfast was very good.

were given a choice of rooms due to potential rain noise on the Velux. We liked the room and although it rained heavily were not all disturbed. great choice at breakfast (continental). Would stay again.

ItalyThe walls are very thin, our room was close to the reception which caused some noise during the night and especially in the morning due to other guests having breakfast. Also, the room was a bit chilly, probably the radiator was slightly undersized for such a big room
We loved the location, it is in walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Cancale port. The property is located few metres from the sea and easily reached by car. The host, Sonia, is very welcoming and knowledgeable. She promptly helped to sort a little mishap upon arrival and was nice and attentive during our stay. Our room was very big and comfortable

We have stayed here several times before, there is a new owner who has only been there a few months. She was very friendly and very helpful, the stay couldn't have been better. Our room was a bit small but very good value for money. Only a short walk to the restaurants, will definitely stay here again.

Czech RepublicThe bathroom door had 5 cm between the wall, So everybody could watch the person inside use the toilet/shower. The shower had no side, the water was all over the place. Windows were directly to the carpark just a few cm above the street level. Floor was dirty, I caught all the dust on my slippers.
