You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A super hotel for my trip but I was disappointed with the Wi-Fi speed. The room was excellent, ,very clean with a very comfy bed and good shower, the best part of the hotel is the superb staff.

United KingdomNeeded a slight revamp, not much but a lick of paint here and there. Unfortunately the only TV channel was Al-Jezeera, never asked reception if I could have had more.
Easy to find near railway station. Convenient for 15 minutes walk into the town, 5 minutes from Pont comfortable quiet room very clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and adequate.

United StatesAfter a long day hiking the Camino, we arrived. Rather than even check if our room was clean , the hotel staff would not even consider letting anyone check into their room until 3PM. To complicate this bad situation further, there is no bar in close proximity to the hotel. Similarly, the extra charge for breakfast was both exorbitant but also should have been included given the absence of nearby breakfast alternatives.
Some of the staff were extraordinarily helpful especially when there was trouble with our baggage delivery. The hotel is rather distant from most of the tourist sights and restaurants but close to the bridge if you are continuing southwest on the Camino. The rooms were basic but adequate though the bath towel provision stingy.
