Breakfast hours in restaurant.. should be 7am but it’s 7.30 so you loose half an hour in the morning..

we have stayed before without any noise issues, but we had a room this time with interconnecting door. Although it was closed , we could hear neighbours coughing and snoring, not good sound proofing if you have one of these rooms

Boot dryers did not work. Afternoon tea had run out by the time we returned from skiing.

Amazing room - good view from the balcony and clean throughout the week. Friendly and very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast (although scrambled egg could have been better).

The staff didn't inform us about the free shuttle that was very close to the hotel, but instead, they (2 staff members) told us we had to exit the locker room onto a street and walk to the lifts. We ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel since our morning very long and extenuating walk wasn't anything we wanted to experience again... Sitting in the bar area for about 20 minutes or so, we still hadn't been waited on and had to walk to the bar and ask the bar tender if he could wait on us and he seemed annoyed and took another 10 minutes to serve 2 hot chocolates and one tea....

room was nice and comfortable with a nice balcony and view of the resort. Breakfast has ba nice large assortment of foods. One the staff members, Alexandre was very helpful with everything. We wished all other staff members would have been as nice and helpful as him.

Needs a real restaurant. Most alternative restaurants had been fully booked before or at our arrival time.

Unfortunately one of the chairs on the balcony was broken which was annoying for Apre Ski drinks whilst the sun-sets (did tell the reception twice that one was broken). I think there was a struggle with translation!

The location was good being central to many restaurants and bars in the area, going skiing takes a bit of planning to think about which lift to go up - but this does give you options as to which part of the mountain you want to explore!

Although there were a number of restaurants close to the hotel, it was difficult to get a table if we didn't book in advance which we were not aware of. We were there in the first week of January (just after New Year) so I am not sure if this is an issue throughout the season or whether it was just a busy period.

I would like to compliment the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very clean, the bed was comfortable, we loved the balcony. We used the pool after skiing every evening and it was great. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food to choose from.

1. Decor could do with updating 2. Despite telling staff safe in room didn’t work 3 times, nothing was done to mend it during our stay. 3. Breakfast had lots of different offers, but the cooked breakfast was cold (particularly bacon etc - the warming pans weren’t on for long enough clearly), and there was no salt/pepper on tables. 4. The heating was not turned on in the ski lockers so boots wet in morning. 5. There was a damaged chair on our balcony when we got there which we asked to be replaced but wasn’t. 6. reception was ok with bar and fire but not large for number of rooms and not very welcoming. Spa was ok but extra charges for hot tub etc which is normally included.

The staff were very polite and welcoming and the room size was good with good size bathroom and balcony etc. It was close to a bubble lift although that did require walking across a couple of roads or scrambling down a bank but thats fine. Also close to centre so near restaurants etc.

Nothing - faltless experience, value greatly exceeded the reasonable prices
