The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior room which was spotless and very well equipped including fridge and coffee machine. It is in a lovely residential area with various cuisine choices. Metro stop is a short walk away.

The hotel looked lovely. It is located in a nice quiet area of the city walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe. We were positively surprised to find some welcome treats in our room. The room had two separate beds as we had requested. The room was full of light and exceptionally tidy. We had a good view to the Eiffel tower. The staff members were very friendly and easy to talk to.

We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our window which was wonderful, the staff were lovely and helpful, they accommodated all of our requests, little pastries on reception, good transport links and supermarkets and bistros nearby (random bonus, the toilet was seperate from the bathroom)

The bathroom had no door or privacy screen to divide it from the main bedroom, which was slightly annoying as I was travelling with a family member rather than a partner therefore a screen would’ve made us more comfortable. We also noticed the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. Could have had a few more coat hangers and perhaps an iron on the room itself (as we collected it from downstairs) but these are only minor things.

Lovely building and rooms, felt like a boutique hotel. Welcoming and beautifully decorated reception with complimentary croissants and drinks on arrival. Helpful staff. We were upgraded to a superior room which had a lovely view of the Main Street and the top of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Nice amenities, comfy bed, strong powerful shower, clean. Had a safe in the room and also a fridge plus an excellent tea and coffee machine.

I loved this hotel and will definitely visit again. If I was to offer any tips for improvement it would be: Speak to Carolyn Pearson at Maiden Voyage (UK based) about making your hotel 'female traveller' friendly. Some improvements would include, double locking room doors, and avoid to say the room number aloud at reception (a point of security for lone female travellers). A better hair-dryer would be great too :)

Staff were delightful, welcoming and friendly. As a female travelling alone, I felt safe. Breakfast was first class. Plenty of good quality, healthy choices. The breakfast room was calm, mostly business travellers. The room size (Rm 63) was spacious. View from the room is exactly what you want when you travel to Paris. And you can just about see the top of the Eiffel tower. The hotel and room was pristine clean. Classic, chic decor Welcome touches like croissants on arrival Nuxe bathroom amenities! This hotel was the perfect hotel. It was super clean and the staff were exceptional. They were very helpful particularly as our flight home was cancelled and they really helped us get sorted. I would highly recommend this hotel
