Absolutely stunning property and location! At the doorstep of the slopes, didn’t need to travel much at all. It was an absolute dream 😃 host was a very lovely and kind woman who made us feel welcome and was very helpful! Definitely recommend

A small point, that wouldn’t stop us using again is several flights of stairs to our third floor rooms. No ground floor rooms so if mobility an issue could be difficult . I would prefer to have been aware of sloping roof when booking so we could have made the choice of a more expensive room if available.

Nothing to dislike in this small gem of a property. Spotlessly clean and lovely homely decor. We had two budget rooms, one was small but perfectly adequate and a view of the slopes behind the hotel and the other was larger but did have a sloping roof which didn’t bother us but might concern some. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Breakfast was definitely worth the extra, excellent choice and home cooked fresh produce, continental and bacon and eggs. We used the hot tub and sauna each day after skiing, time is limited but didn’t need longer . Definitely helped with our tired ski legs. Staff were all lovely and we saw same lady each afternoon whose was super friendly and helpful. They serve a lovely cocktail or gin and tonic before going out to dinner in a comfortable communal area. Ski hire , lockers and walk to gondolas really couldn’t be more convenient. Conveniently situated for absolutely everything.

There was a large gap between the bathroom door and ceiling which made privacy difficult. As many other reviews say, rooms could really do with a kettle.

Nothing I didn’t like…It was fabulous, it would have been enhanced if there was dinner available as despite it only being 10 mins into town the kids were soo tired most nights and most takeouts mainly pizza. A kettle in room would be good to make tea coffee when you come back from skiing or to be able to use the coffee machine. That said it’s reasonably priced so I didn’t mind paying at the bar for a coffee when I wanted one. The sofa bed in our room was the only seating area and the cushions kept sliding off… the only niggle I can think of, says it all really!

Incredibly clean room with lots of space for family in the 6 bed duplex room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Warm welcome from the owners who were always v friendly and helpful along with all the staff, from those cleaning the rooms to the bar and waiting staff. The spa facilities were lovely to relax in after skiing and despite it being half term and fully booked it was always v quiet and peaceful. The infused tea was a lovely touch. The breakfast had a great selection from pancakes, crepes, cakes, eggs, bacon, toast and usual cold meats and cheeses, lovely touches to include yoghurts and apple purée for babies and kids. Cereals and nuts and fresh honey, a lovely place to stay. The location for the ski gondola is amazing, esp with small kids and ski boots! Heated ski locker included which was v handy. The Intersport beside the hotel makes life v easy when travelling with small children.

A smart small hotel and only a couple of minutes walk from the chairlift. The sauna, hot-tub and (small) pool were an added bonus.

no coffee facilities in room. sauna door didn’t close properly so not really possible to enjoy a sauna. all in all though very happy.

The facilities in the hotel are exceptional; the pool, jacuzzi and sauna were perfect after a day's skiing. There was a good variety of food available each morning for breakfast. The staff team were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

excellent location next to ski lift and proximity to Le Grand Bornand Town center. spacious room for EU standards. Excellent varied breakfast. very nice husband and wife team who welcomed us genuinely.

The hotel is very cosy and nice. We stayed there during Biathlon Cup. The view from the balcony was very good, the apartment is nice and quite. The breackfast was perfect with excellent variety of food. What i liked most of all and the first thing i am recalling when thinking about this hotel is BATH TOWELS! they were unbelievably soft and perfect! Dear Hotel, could you please give me a guidance what label they are to purchase for my home?

Breakfast was absolutely the same for all 4 days. It became a bit annoying. Some small changes in cheese, sausages, sweets are welcomed.

Exceptionly good family hotel with anything you need, sauna, jacuzzi. Very warm and comfy rooms, good beds, heated shower. Very rich breakfast. Excellent place to stay for a week.

Everything very good. Even had the jacuzzi and breakfast-room for ourselfes. only one night on our bicycle trip to Nice. Bike looker room available.

We booked two rooms for a family weekend. There was a smell of faulty wiring in one of the rooms on the upper floor. The smell was so terrible that we were afraid we would suffocate or get poisoned until morning. The hotel’s manager and electrician could not fix the problem, the manager did not offer another room either saying the hotel was full. We did not want to risk our health and decided to check out. The hotel manager promised to reimburse the total price paid via Booking but has not done so. The weekend was spoiled. Money lost. Absolutely disappointing experience.
