No place to keep drinks cool in room. Wifi was not very good. Too few hangers in the wardrope. The tobaco smell in room.

Friendly staff and polite reception. Hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast was enough to start the day. Next to hotel is good shop to byu food and drinks. Tramstop in 400 m distance from hotel and it took 10 minutes to travel inner city. Hotel restaurant where you can have nice lunch. Choose room in yard not to street.Balcony was good with chairs and a table.

The cooling function of the airconditioning in our room was very poor and made catching sleep troublesome

The hotel has parking garage (€10/day) and is located in a relative quiet part of Nice. Nearby the hotel is a supermarket and a tram stop station which brings you in approx 15 minutes to the centre of Nice. Staff speaks good English and is very helpful The rooms are clean and have TV and a shower bathroom. The Wifi is reasonable. The hotel offers a good breakfast for 12€ per person

For a full rating of 10, the only thing missing is a fridge in the room (But we were aware that there was no fridge in the room).

We prefer a walk in shower of shower tub enclosure to the hand held and tub arrangement. But we learned how to deal with it artfully.

We share in the commitment to provide the opportunity and space to employ developmentally challenged folks in the work of thee hotel. We applaud the effort and watched some supervision by the normally challenged and saw that it was gentle and encouraging.

I didn't like the fact that during my stay, men entered the room without my consent, to repair the windows. I consider this as a lack of respect for privacy. These types of repairs should be performed when guests are not occupying the room or when they are not in the room.

Very spacious room with bathroom and toilet. The hotel has an underground parking, which costs 10 euros. Staff in the hotel is really nice and helpful. Breakfast are good, there is a lot of choice.

A bit of cigarette smell in the room but that didn't bother us too much .

City centre of Nice easily reachable by tram in 10 - 15 mins. Just on the outskirts of the city with a private parking underneath for ten euros per day. Staff was very kind and gave us all the information we needed . Breakfast a bit pricey but with good options to choose from.

The wi-fi work only for one device. You can not connect with two devices at the same time.

Slow drain bathroom sink. The door lock to balcony was broken and noise would come in. I did report both issues to front desk.

Superior staff.Low cost parking. Free EV Charging. Good breakfast. Large room plus balcony. One minute walk to a large supermarket and a laundry place the would wash and dry clothing on the same day. Use of bed runner.

The location was a bit far from the center, around 20 min by bus, not a huge problem, but mentionable. And the room was weirdly a bit cold, even after shutting of the AC. Other than that, our stay was delightful.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, there was also a small balcony where you could enjoy a bit if fresh air. We could also leave our bags at the reception until the checkin time so we wouldn’t have to drag them through the city until checkin.

The location is not the best, it’s kind of far from the centre, but we chose it for parking and price and you can take the tram downtown without a lot of hassle.

Nothing of importance. As in all hotels there is normal wear and tear in the room. Room door card key was a little difficult to use and we had to ask for help when we got back late one night to make it work. But help was quickly on hand and and we got into the room ok and had a laugh in the process

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good (scrambled eggs were as good as could get, little croissants fresh and warm) Plenty available even for the most hungry. This hotel is run as part of a social project (which I did not realise until I arrived and read the information in the room) It helps people get into a supported work environment. The difference was that everyone was trying very hard to please and it created a very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely go back and use again when in Nice
