You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsWe needed to leave early in the morning on Sunday and specifically asked about the schedule of check-in-desk to return our room key and order a taxi, we needed to catch our train. But by the time of our check-out there was noone at the desk and we had to ask local residents to order us taxi not to miss our train
Registration and girls at the registration were excellent. They answered all of my questions and helped with additional staff. We asked for electric tea kettle and mugs which were not included in our room

CroatiaThe room was not in a quiet location, lots of noise from the corridor, and outside - if someone is staying in the hotel for 5 nights, you would want to put them on the top floor, away from any noisy groups of guests. Probably not my choice for my next business meeting in 6 weeks
The Staff was great! Very warm welcome, professional, had all the answers to all my questions, very helpful. Dinner was great, breakfast a bit limited for such a long stay: croissant, 1/4 baguette. and butter will only get you so far, but not for a weeks stay.

FranceTwo people for 1 towel during the whole stay. Bathroom too small. impossible to close the door to go to the toilet. Service for the breakfast was very poor. Quality/price was very poor. Never payed that expensive for that poor breakfast. I asked for one more towel 2 times but i never had it. I was told to come on the last day to have my invoice and on the last day the she told me it was too late. Staff was not very nice. A bit snob.
Lucky for me the hotel was close to my work. This was the only good thing.

Good value hotel with parking convenient for visiting the centre of Lyon. We chose it because there is a bus stop outside that connects to the metro and city centre in 30 minutes. A €6 ticket covers all public transport for 24 hours. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic, with no coffee making facilities and mediocre wi-fi. Having said that, the staff were very friendly and we had two excellent meals in the evening and a very good breakfast.
