Lovely little boutique hotel, with a very French feel. All the staff spoke great English and were very helpful. Room was very pretty with large comfy bed and ensuite. Loved the location, shops bars and restaurants all around. maybe ten minutes stroll to main Eurostar train station.

I chose it because it was within walking distance of both train stations. I only had one night in Lille after a flight taking a flight from Canada and planning a Eurostar ride to the UK the following morning. So, it was very convenient. It was also wonderful that it was so close to the main square which is fabulous. I pt is perfectly located to enjoy a brief stay.

I have stayed here many times and would love a kettle. There are not many plug sockets!

In the hotel, the bathroom in room 33 is in need of a refurbish. There is not enough room between the toilet and the wall it you are tall, and the shower head over the bath leaks everywhere.

Good position not far from the train stations and near the old town and grand squares.

Staff were lovely, the staircase and landing area were so full of character and beautiful. I think my room had been upgraded but tea/coffee making facilities would have been a nice touch.

I really wish they hadn't locked the fridge - I don't think many guests really want a mini-bar but they do appreciate somewhere to keep their drinks cool, especially in hot weather. Wifi was variable on the second floor and kept dropping out. By the way, I was surprised the photo they use to advertise the hotel is a local historic building - not the hotel at all!

Excellent location right in the heart of the city and an easy walk to all the important places, including the rail stations. Friendly and helpful staff, one colleague was even kind enough to print out a document I needed for work and recommended some great local restaurants with Lillois specialities. My room was small but comfortable with decent soundproofing

Would have been better if there had been a kettle with tea & coffee in the room but as we were only staying one night, not the end of the world!

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The room was a good size with nice seating. We liked the traditional french decor and it was in a nice quiet location. The hotel was close to Station and main squares with restaurants etc - approx 5-10 mins walk from all amenities. The staff in the hotel were friendly and we had a lovely breakfast in a beautiful ornate room.

Teeny tiny elevator only held one of us plus a suitcase so we had to make two runs. But not a big deal; certainly wouldn't keep us from rebooking here in the future.

Breakfast was included in our cost and was tasty and substantial. Our room was tiny but very comfortable. The bathroom was larger than other bathrooms we'd experienced in our two weeks in Amsterdam and France. Staff helped us by recommending a good place for our evening meal and also got us a cab when we left in the morning. Very close to the Lille Europe train station.

Charming in an old-fashioned way. Our room above the street was a bit noisy. Very convenient to the Gare Lille-Flanders & the main square.
