the hotel is in good location close to train and bus station. and the beach. The room was good size but bed was close to wardrobe. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was kept very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They printed of tickets for train after I sent them an email with them on. We had a room with a good size balcony at rear of hotel There is no tea and coffee in room but a kettle and cups provided on request when we booked (we brought our own coffee)

Wonderful staff at reception! Very helpful and friendly. Room quite large, modern bathroom. Our location faced onto a beautiful garden! Excellent restaurants and beach nearby. Walk to the train station. Soundproof sliding doors with electric shade and closure. Parking onsite!

Front staff were so lovely - went for the lemon festival which was right outside our window. Loved the balcony!!!!

A female member of staff at the front desk was smoking in the staff room, not all the time, but on several occasions the lobby was very smelly. I know smoking in France is still seen as acceptable but it was bizarre. No water in the rooms, no tea and coffee replenishment after each night.

Excellent location overlooking the Jardin bioves with a lovely balcony. Good sized room with excellent bathroom. Near lots of shops and restaurants, really helpful manager on the front desk was super helpful.

The room looked tiny in the photos so we were surprised to find a spacious room and bathroom. The beds were also very comfy and the staff were friendly. You can also leave your luggage there before and after checkout. The hotel was also clean and in a great location.

Nothing really. It might have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room but there was a vending machine downstairs.

We had two lovely rooms, both individually decorated with a great view over the lemon festival. Bathrooms were spotless.

Decor a little outdated, room needed some airing out (but that was solved by opening a window), a bit expensive but it was during a world class festival so it was to be expected.

Perfect location right in the heart of the Fete au Citron, super friendly and accommodating staff, spacious room, great light blocking shades.

There is nothing to add, it is a great location, there are restaurants all around and it is clean. The staff is nice, the towels are soft and the bedding is clean. Would stay here again

Hotel is not big, but it is an advantage. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Briliant location, near old city center and the beaches. 10 minute walking distance from train station is an another advantage, because train is a best option for travel to Monaco or Nice. Parking is in basement. Is fairly narow but for compact car or even medium size SUV is ok. Breakfast served in the room.

Comfortable room, lovely big bathroom with shower, pleasant staff, very near to the beach and 10 minutes stroll to the old town. Secure parking available. There are cafes across the road and just around the corner. Lovely sea food restaurants a few minutes away on the sea front.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no water for us to drink. It was all available in the foyer of the hotel but to have it in the room would be so much better. It didn't say there were these facilities in the room, I just didn't realise until we got there.

It would have been appreciated to have a kettle and some water in the room considering the price per night.

The location is excellent if you travel by train and also very convenient to visit the entire city and go to the beach. The room was super clean and it had a very comfortable bed. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful.
