Some collapsible chairs that you could take onto the rooftop to sunbathe would be a good addition!

The property was in a great location, right on the promenade, but only a five minute walk to the other main attractions with lots of restaurants around. The property was clean and had everything you could need in your stay e.g. hairdryer, iron, kitchen things. Sarah even included a bottle of bubbly and some snacks. The rooftop pool was lovely and had great views. The host Sarah was also really accommodating with check in an check out times and made us feel very welcome.

The whole experience was lovely from meeting Sarah when collecting keys to the location. Sarah made us feel very welcomed, telling us where we could find the shop to buy groceries and answering all our questions. The studio was lovely and well equipped with everything that you would need for a holiday. The only thing we missed was the view from the balcony that overlooked buildings but we could manage that for a few days. We loved being in the mist of everything; beach across the road and could been seen from the extensive roof terrace that also housed a big pool and a smaller shallow pool, the numerous eateries literally everywhere and shops galore! Buses right outside the property that we got to and from the airport and trams 5 mins walk away. We visited Italy for a day and the train station was only15 mins walk from the property. All in all; we had a fabulous experience and would use the same property if the need arises in the near future.

Amazing location with great facilities. We couldn’t have been in a more central location in Nice if we tried! Such a relaxing place to stay with a great host. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect.

The location is superb, right on the beach in the centre of town, with restaurants close by. Sarah, the host is very gracious and communicates very well to make arrival and departure very easy. We loved this place and it is excellent value for money. Whilst it is small, it has everything you need. We would highly recommend it.

You could not wish for a better location. Fantastic view from the top floor where the pool is located. Sarah is a good and helpful host. Although the room appears small, it has everything you need and is comfortable and quiet. Nice balcony for a relaxing beer. Parking underneath the block is a real bonus.

Super studio apartment with air conditioning at one of the hottest times of year and spotlessly clean. Everything was fine including the roof top pool and the location is perfect. Sarah is the perfect host.

Nice, France is a magical city and the Royal Promenade is the perfect place to experience it. Located right on the Prominade des Anglais, it is at the eastern end of the "Azur Crescent", within easy walking distance of Jardin Albert I, Castle Hill, Old Nice, and several scenic beaches. The apartment is cozy, well equipped, and has its own private balcony. Sarah and her husband were charming and easy to communicate with. We loved the convenient paid parking spot right in the building. There is even a washing machine, a fridge, and a rooftop pool.
