The place was lovely. The room was small but perfectly formed. I have reduced mobility and unfortunately the ground floor room was abeedy reserved. In communication with Annette Isaid I would cope for I night.. Annette was extemely helpful and caried my carerbag upstairs theiiithe moring asked what thames would be leaving then came+ took my stuff back down stairs. very friendly lady. Breakfast was included and was very nice. Would definitely . stay again

Annette is a star. If we could give a score of 11. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was available. Provably the best B&B we've ever visited

Excellent transit accommodation in a beautiful house with 2 gardens and plenty of flowers. Annette is one of the best host we ever met, kind and helpful. She offered her garage for parking our car. The room was good with 2 single beds, private modern and well equiped bathroom, small refrigerator, microwave, kettle. We did not check the wifi, we had ours. The breakfast was very good, with coffee, tea, pastries, bread, butter, jam, cheese, orange juice and milk. Thank you Annette, we'll come again.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was offered the garage to park my motorbike but it had been wet and the ramp up made ceramic tiles made it very slippery. I was allowed to park in their garden instead. Lovely breakfast.

Annette couldn't have been more accommodating. I had booked two rooms, without realising that the family room had plenty of space for me, my mum and three dogs :), so Annette allowed me to cancel the second room on arrival and removed the cancellation charge! Very kind of her and much appreciated. We also had to leave early in the morning so Annette got up early specially to ensure we had breakfast. I was only sad we weren't able to stay longer to enjoy it properly but we had a Eurotunnel train to catch. Would definitely stay again as only an hour from the train and fantastic for people travelling with dogs.

We liked everything. Anette was very nice, friendly and helpful. She has a beautiful house and a large garden where my dog could play with Rubi (the house dog). After an exhausting journey, arriving at her house was the best thing that could have happened. Comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent breakfast. Everything was extremely positive.

Annette is a truly charming hostess - supported ably by Ruby🐕. The accommodation is in a nice rural town with good free on-street parking; Annete kindly offered her garage. Her garden is a lovely place to picnic and offers a well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was lovely and generous. Easy access to the motorway. We were only using as an overnight travelling stop but could happily spend a few days there. A very good find! Thank you Annette.

A drain smell coming from either the shower or sink that was a bit off putting at night.

Host was very welcoming and spoke good English. Room had garden view and was comfortable and big enough for a single person. It had a good shower, toilet and hand basin. a small fridge and microwave but adequate. Breakfast was good with fresh rolls, ham and cheese etc and choice of tea or coffee. There was also a downstairs room at my disposal for cooking and eating in. There was an pool in the garden with a cover that would suit several people.

Wrong time of year. No nearby restaurants open in the evening except pizza.

Annette is lovely. Speaks very good English. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Warm croissant, large cup for tea and homemade cake. Parking right outside. Lovely and warm with small kitchen area if required.
