Minor housekeeping concerns that I addressed with front desk for future guest's stays. Parking lot is narrow making it a challenge to get out.

A beautiful & comfortable hotel and easy to get to with good view. Staff was friendly.

All rooms in the one side of hotel have a view to the hill/rock, therefore it’s a bit dark in the room.

Very good location, near to bus station, ferry and city center. Parking on site, although not enough for all guests, but it isn’t a problem, because a big parking is across street. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Breakfast was good but no restaurant or bar at the hotel was disappointing. Pretty expensive.

Bathroom rather small for a 4 beds room.

Very new and nicely furnished hotel. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. The 4 beds room was large and nice but bathroom a bit small. Good location with walking distance to city center.

We selected a room with a ‘sea view’ and it was noisy from the traffic right in front of the hotel. Next time I would select a room in the back side of the hotel.

This is a great place to stay. The breakfast is excellent. Lots of selection. tea, coffee and fruit available all day. Located close to the historic old town and shops. The room was simple but had everything we needed.

They staff made some misstakes but luckily they upgraded my room for that. The pillows, mattress & beds are all too soft & slippery. The taxi company that the hotel use is really crappy, they messed up my booking & as well running a way too tight schedule to the airport. A shared taxi is about 30 Euros & you can't choose the time. A taxi for yourself is 75 Euros.

The breakfast had a good variety, the location is ok, the colombian woman who clean was sweet. My upgraded room (220) was super silent.

Unfortunately our plane got delayed - we arrive late in the evening instead around 14:00. But when we arrived they told us the we got a free upgrade to one of the newest hotel rooms of 10 days old. Which made our day! The room was lovely and clean and quiet!

The hotel is close to the port a not far from the city centre. Although almost everything is close to the city centre in Torshavn :-) It has a very family atmosphere. Rooms are great concerning space, comfort, equipment and they are very nicely designed. Buffet breakfast was delicious and also you have coffee and tea available anytime in the day. The price of the hotel compared with AirBnB offers was more than excellent. We had a lovely stay.

The room faced a rock wall, it was a bit claustrophobic. The room was not cleaned during my stay, just clean towels left on the unmade bed :(

The front desk personnel were very welcoming and the breakfast is very good.

There was some noise at night from some doggy drunk guests. The light in the room is a bit dark. The bathroom gets all wet when showering.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a see view room. Very welcoming and also let us check in earlier and leave our luggage after check out. Breakfast was tasty and a great selection of product. Nice lounge area with big tv and comfy armchairs. Location is perfect, 5 mins from the harbour and bus/ferry and 10 mins from centre.

The location was very convenient, near both the bus terminal and shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean
