We did miss having the type of sandy beach area available at other resorts in the Mamanucas, and accessing the water was painful if you didn't have coral shoes. Whist the pool and dining area are lovely, after a few days of being 'confined' to just those spaces it all feels a bit small.

Accommodation and food were excellent, and the staff so friendly and accommodating. Overall, it is a lovely place to spend a few days. Special mention to the Chef for the Seafood Chowder and Tenderloin Steak which were absolutely world-class quality. Would definitely choose the suites with outdoor showers and plunge pool over the oceanfront rooms.

Beautiful location, woke up to stunning views of the beach straight out from the beach villa each morning, private pool was a luxury and so nice to cool off in, free snorkelling, kayaking and stand-up-paddle boarding gear was so much fun, food was delicious, Trudi was an amazing host, every need was looked after.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was outstanding and the burre we were upgraded to was in a superb position with stunning views of the ocean - 20 metres away and glorious sunsets. The breakfasts were a delight with a reasonable selection of food to suit most people bearing in mind its location and the what the resort is trying to showcase (Fijian). There were a number of activities each day in which one could participate. It is not however a playground nor does it pretend to offer everything found in many touristy resorts.

Was a wonderful paradise experience. We stayed in a beach front Bule with a private pool which was excellent. The staff are definitely the highlight. So friendly and constantly singing. Plenty of activities and equipment to hire.

Quiet environment, friendly staff, and clean water. The beach at the door is an excellent place for snorkeling. Employees will sing when arriving and leaving, and there will be a grand ceremony. The atmosphere in the restaurant and bar is great and you can watch the sunset every day. Yes, they gave us a very unforgettable honeymoon! I am very grateful here and will come again if I have the opportunity!

For me the only issue was the WiFi which is only available at the restaurant area, this meant in a social area everyone came down to check their emails or send emails. In y opinion it would be better to have the WiFi in the rooms and not at the restaurant.

Location right on the beach with staff who were very friendly the perfect place to relax. If you can't wind down here you won't be able to wind down anywhere.

The property was well maintained and the gardens well kept. Our beachfront Bure was beautifully presented and very clean.The food was excellent having great variety. The staff were wonderful always friendly and very helpful, such beautiful people.

Considering the price of the hotel, I would have liked to be offered scuba diving excursions (at an extra cost) but there were no leaflets at reception. No wifi in the bedrooms. There is no gym.

Staff is super welcoming and makes you feel part of a family. We loved it there! The restaurant prices are decent and the food is really good! The rooms are beautiful and the water is spectacular. The complimentary foot scrub is a lovely courtesy from the resort.

Leaving. Honestly I'm not an emotional person but when the staff sung to us and embraced each of us upon departure I had a lump in my throat as it was absolutely beautiful, I was contemplating how much I really didn't want to leave.

The location, the staff, the atmosphere. I had to ask my wife to pinch me to prove I hadn't died and gone to heaven. Great daily activities and the staff did a great job keeping everyone in a continuous state of bliss.

The waters are very clear but the shores on this side of the island are a bit rocky. If you want pristine sandy beaches you may want a different spot. That being said, the main pool is lovely for a swim and each room also has its own plunge pool if you want a dip.

The staff are amazing, we felt right at home staying at Tropica. The area is full of vibrant reefs and we did some of the best snorkeling we've had. The resort is quiet and serene - a great place to wind down and reconnect. We loved our stay at Tropica.
