We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandWe had a room right by the road. Extremely noisy. House keeping came in at 7.30am, not ideal when you only got there t 4.30am. Didn't knock just unlocked the door and came in.
The location to the airport was fantastic. Especially if staying just one night.

New ZealandThere seems to be a plant near by were they burn garbage at night so there is some smoke and smell that gets to the hotel. The food portion sizes are very small when comparing to surrounding hotels.
I booked this hotel as it was next to the airport to stay two nights before our flight so I could walk to rent a car. for this purpose, the location is great and surprisingly we only heard planes once each night. The pool was enjoyable

AustraliaUnfortunately, the hotel is quite dated and very expensive for what you get. We had dinner and the bill was over AUD100 for two adults. You would pay a similar amount for a much nicer restaurant in Sydney. The shower curtain was stinky from being rolled up while damp, and the grout in the tiles showed mould. The pillows were very basic, and no one had swept or cleaned under the bed for some time as we found a previous guest's hair band complete with hair.
The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the international airport, making it a convenient stop if you are in transit locally. They offer a free shuttle for inbound and outbound flights. If you need to exchange money, go to an ATM or anything else it's relatively easy just to cross the street into the terminal. Staff was typically friendly as you expect in Fiji.

New ZealandRestaurant needs improvement, food sitting on pass for extended times, needed to send our food back because it was cold, they were going to reheat in microwave until we stopped the chef. Food was average, breakfast is terrible. I’d highly recommend the hotel does a massive overhaul on kitchen and how its run, as it would completely transform the hotel to a quality place to stay, and a place staff could be proud to work in.
