Only problem we had is we couldn’t get wifi in our room but informed the front desk regarding this when we left

Our room was really big which was amazing. The staff were amazing. Location wise it is super close to the docks which was great for us as we were getting going over to one of the other islands the next day. The food at the cafe was really good. They also let us leave our luggage at the property before/after check out/check in

The kitchen pots & pans need updating and the unit could do with a bit of maintenance especially in the bathroom.

Very good sized 2 bedroom Apartment and the location was fantastic a short walk to restaurants & shops. The beds were very comfortable.

Our 3 Bedroom apartment was so spacious, modern and comfortable! It had everything we needed, including a gorgeous bath in the main bedroom / bathroom. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, watching the sun come up, while eating breakfast. The pool was lovely and private, perfect temperature to cool us down after a super hot day. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The Palms is surprisingly close to Denarau Port and Shops. (1 minute walk). We will definitely be returning here in future

It was noisy at times. One bedroom was next to the parking area- noisy from people coming in to the hotel. On the other side, the guests used pools at all times of the evening (ignoring rules) with no enforcement from staff.

Great layout of the rooms. Perfect for families traveling with young kids who go to bed early!

Nothing, it is perfect for our overnight stay on way to islands.

This was an overnight stay before we caught a boat out to Matamanoa Island. We arrivrd to a really warm and efficient welcome from the receptionist and security guard. We were 3 adult females and we booked a 2 bedroom apartment. They surprised us with an upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment which was extremely clean, very spacious and had wonderfully comfortable beds. They also had a laundry and full kitchen suitable for more long term stays. It was an easy and safe stroll across the road for dinner with the marina just a few minutes walk. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from, most popular ones down by the water. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Similarly, it was an easy walk to catch our boat the next day. We will definitely stay here again when we return. To all the team - vinaka vakalevu!

TV didn’t work on our last two days. Cleaning staff were great but the general wear and tear in the rooms, linen, a noisy fridge are visibly in need of upgrades.

Top location near the port, great little cafe on site and more peaceful than the larger resorts.

The couch could use a good cleaning

Very roomy, 2 bedroom apartment-style hotel with plenty of kitchen ware, comfy beds and two showers. The reception staff was very kind, too! We didn't need the washer and dryer but it could be very handy. Great value for the area and price. Awesome location if you are coming or going to the islands; we literally walked across the street after our ferry at Port Denaru. The pool was small but we enjoyed cooling off, and the hotel was very accommodating & let us stay on property after our checkout, as we had a later flight home. Recommended
