The Fiji orchid was a dream! A perfect accommodation on the main island. Remote, beautiful and lush. The bures exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff and grounds were fantastic. Excellent food and service all around. It was very special! Not close to much, so we rented a car which was helpful. The staff are excellent at arranging rides if needed. You’ll be well looked after.

Fiji Orchid is a hidden gem in a magical tropical forest. The hotel is tiny and has a very familial feel. The staff are exceptionally kind address clients by name - even the dogs and cats on the property have names! The bungalows are simple and stunning as is the bar/restaurant/patio area. The pool area is gorgeous.

Dinner menu would have benefited from some traditional Fiji dishes but food was good. We asked if we could have a Fiji curry on the last night and this was provided and delicious. Air conditioning in the room was very noisy and hard to regulate the temperature.

Lovely little boutique hotel, great service, quiet, room was excellent, tour organised by the hotel excellent. Beautiful gardens.

This was by far our favorite spot during our time in Fiji. The grounds were beautiful, more like a jungle than your typical beachfront stay. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. There were a couple cats and dogs who lived in the area; one cat likes to follow you as you walk back to your room, which we thought was cute! The nicest part was the wonderful staff who were incredibly attentive and knew us by name. We also greatly enjoyed the food and cocktails! Would come again!

- Love the tropical garden, beautiful and peaceful. It's perfect for a stop before or after visiting the islands, - We went there for my wife's birthday and the birthday song from the staff is one of our best memory in Fiji <3 - Food was outstanding, high standard, yummy breakfast, exceptional service - The friendly locals, I mean the cats Molly and Figaro and the dogs, such a nice surprise, Molly has to welcome every guest - The staff was super kind and friendly, and it was nice to have a chat with Gordon and the friendly team of the Orchid. - My wife had a great traditional Fijian massage, the lady was really professional - Bure is really cute and intimate. - The pool <3 We will be back

Everything was wonderful in this small paradise. A very quiet place with very nice staff. Very cosy (only 6 rooms so not too much people in a same time). Excellent homemade food and amazing breakfast. Pool is very beautiful.

The location is slightly isolated if you don't have a car (although it's a quick drive to Nadi or Lautoka and staff were happy to organise transport). The rooms, although still very nice, are starting to show some wear and tear.

Wonderful staff. The breakfast included was excellent. Great place to relax and unwind. The lodge/restaurant had a great classy vibe and service was top notch. The pool and surrounding lounging area was a great place to chill out. Turn down service each evening had us feeling like royalty.

Our stay at the Fiji Orchid was excellent. Very idyllic and private - there are only a handful of rooms. The team were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were a fantastic size, with good air conditioning. We also had rain overnight and it was so peaceful to hear the sounds on the roof of our bure. We had a number of meals at the restaurant and the food was all delicious.

We stayed at the fiji orchid at the end of an extremely busy holiday. The intention was to have a couple of days of total relaxation before the flight home and returning to work and routine. The fiji orchid was the perfect environment for our purposes, the accommodation was extremely good and the staff were excellent.

This didn't affect our stay at all but a few things to note; there is no tv in the room, the hotel is a bit off the beaten path so it isn't walkable to much of anything, you will most likely be eating all of you meals at the hotel unless you have a rental car, get a driver or are out on an excursion.

This hotel is such a gem. The room smelled fresh and clean and the ac kept it nice and dry in the room despite the humidity outside. The bathroom was nice and roomy with a separate ac just for the bathroom. The shower experience was great, it was so nice to see through the glass windows but still nice and private with great water pressure and hot water. The staff was very nice and helpful and kept great care of the hotel. It was clean and peaceful and exactly what we needed the day we landed in Fiji!

Loved the peaceful setting the tranquility, the friendlyness and attentiveness of everyone there. It was an oasis of calm outstanding for a quiet break away from everything. Front desk would book any tour you wanted and had their own driver providing personalised options.

The only shortcoming in this resort is a lack of activities that the bigger resorts have, and not being on the beachfront, but I would gladly trade all of the activities for more time at the Fiji Orchid.

Breakfast was delicious - limited variety with the complementary breakfast, but the bread and coffee great. Dinner was consistently high quality food - you could taste how much fresher the food they used was. They had good serving sizes and delicious drinks. The service of the staff was exceptional - even for a country like Fiji that is well known for friendly people, the staff at the Fiji Orchid are a level above with the quality and care of service they provide. It is a small resort but perfect for couples travelling alone. The entire grounds were spotless and the pool was great to relax at and have some quiet amongst the nature.

EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE! Absolutely the break I needed - very unique compared to the other resorts there. this is very much retreat vibes! it is peaceful and the staff are all lovely! we all very quickly became a little family with the staff and the other guests. i absolutely loved my stay and will most definitely be back! The food is great, it was better than the *luxury* resorts I stayed at later in my holiday. I wish I stayed here longer!
