The room was not cooling properly. I was feeling hot even at 19 degrees. I personally think the staff should have checked it b4 allocating the room to us.

For the price, the facilities are a little tired. The hotel is about 25 minutes from Denuru which meant we dined in a lot rather than exploring local restaurants.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Each morning at breakfast they remember your name which is a nice touch. The staff helpfully organised a last minute tour. Pool area is lovely and includes a pool bar. Outdoor massage was excellent.

Just wish there was more tv channel options, but that’s about the only thing.

Everything was amazing, but just the island itself was breathtaking. We loved the room, the food (especially breakfast buffet), the pool and most importantly the staff. Literally the best staff ever, we love how welcoming they were 24/7 !!!

Shame our final memory was the terrible taxi service from the resort to the airport booked through the hotel (not worth F$65). The car was unsafe and unroadworthy. The back door didn’t close properly, the internal panels had fallen off, the air conditioning didn’t work & windows were broken & didn’t open. Would not suggest booking through the resort.

Property is a bit dated and worn, but still okay by my standards. Cleanliness was okay, but housekeeping was pretty much nonexistent. Food was just okay, not great, but not bad. Loud Christmas music everyday at breakfast was a bit too much!

Nice property, staff were exceptional, very friendly. Stayed in the waterfront bungalow, a must at this resort.

Didn’t have enough towels , robes or cups in the room . Asked twice for towels before we got more . Did river cruise which was pretty uneventful. No real scenery just mangroves . Thought we might of seen something nicer

Exceptionally beautiful place . Loved everything . Loved the fire dancing , beautiful bathroom products , very pretty everywhere especially loved lights in the trees and fire sticks . Staff were provided top service . Had a massage with my son and we both loved it

Fans in room didn’t work well, tv has an error and only 10 channels when it works (same programs). No access directly to beach and it is a little bit outdated o lack of maintenance. Booked room with ocean view and I had two rooms in front of me. Only one photo in room profile (sketchy)

The food, especially the a la Carte menu was not good and way too expensive for what you got. We waited over 1hr30 for a dinner one night when the pizza/pasta night was on, we only ordered 1 burger and 1 crumbed chicken breast which took a very long time. Housekeeping didn’t come daily and when they did they did random things!!

The room was a bit dated, could have been a bit cleaner, and was dark once the sun set.

The resort was a great size with many lounge chairs throughout for relaxing peacefully. The pool and swim up bar was fantastic and the staff were absolutely amazing.

Food options were good. Buffets were bountiful with plenty of options. Only issue was having an additional food option for dinner. One night we weren't interested in the buffet and couldn't get a seating at the other restaurant. We asked if we could order from the room service menu and eat by the pool but were told we could only order that and eat it in the room. Also the pool towels smelled damp like they had not been washed properly.

Fantastic location and facilities for a family getaway. Had a fantastic stay.

I found the room we stayed in was very outdated and minimal lighting at night. Being part of the Hilton group I was expecting more for the high price we paid.

The Staff were amazing. I left an item at the property and only realised when o got home. I communicated with the property to advise o will pay postage to return the item which I received this week. Thank you to Serona for organising. The pool area was fantastic however get in quick for a day bed. Massage was lovely over looking the water. Very relaxing.

Absolutely no way to cater for yourself if you want to have cereal or drinks in your room. No cutlery, bowls, nothing but a tiny fridge.
