The villas were excellent. It was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Having the 3 bathrooms was great as there was 7 of us staying there. Everything was immaculate at all times and the pools were great. Staff were beautiful and so friendly. We dined at Island 619 & the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

It could be abit more family friendly, eg play park, kids slide/pool accessories. It states 2 x queen beds but they are more like double

There are many mosquitos in fiji in general. Come prepared with bug spray.

The property is situated by the beach on a resort island. It is quiet and yet lively at the same time. They always have activities on. There are many facilities including 5 pools, multiple restaurants, VR studio, Golf and so much more. People are friendly. Since it is on a resort island, we went to multiple resorts and tried their restaurants everyday.

Spa at the Westin did not provide value for money as the experience was okay! There were a lot of mosquitos at the spa making what should be relaxing, not pleasurable. Breakfast at the Sheraton was good however the flies and mosquitos were a nuisance. Yoghurts were not topped up regularly and lots of flies were around it.

Beautiful location, pools, beaches etc. We were very graciously upgraded to an ocean view room as we were on honeymoon. Bed was comfy and room and bathroom were very spacious. Good selection at breakfast.

Gym was not on site which was very inconvenient and frankly too far. Concierge was underwhelming & below average, very unhelpful on several occasions. Reception needs to improve, not very friendly, they don’t give you any information about hotel, check in and check out takes ridiculously long to be served. (45 min wait to check out and I was the only person there)

View is perfect, Poolside was fun. Hospitality staff great! 28g cafe was awesome. Good variety with hotel stores.

The hospitality at Sheraton is unmatched. They happily accommodated our every request and the friendly staff made our trip that much better. Everyone from porter, reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff was unbelievably pleasant - must be something in the water? I have travelled the world and Sheraton staff by far was the most genuine and professional people I have EVER come across. I will tell every friend and relative about them and encourage them to stay there. Cannot rate them highly enough Made our first stay with our 9 month old baby the easiest trip ever. The buffet breakfast and dinners were the stuff of royalty and some of the tastiest I have ever had.

A deeper swimming pool might have been nice.

Absolutely beautiful resort and facilities. Our beach front room was stunning. The location was amazing and views were so serene. The swim up bar was such a fun way to spend a lazy day at the resort. The staff were so lovely - they went out of their way to make us feel looked after and special. They were always checking in on us and gave us such warm service with a smile. I’ve travelled around the pacific and have never experienced customer service quite like this. Special shout out to our waiter Mai who would always bring us drinks to the pool, and waitresses at Tatavu restaurant Vanessa, Cecilia and Luisa (I’m forgetting a lot of names!). And another special shout out to the beautiful live entertainment David and Matt.

The range of activities they had (water sports to book mark and basket weaving)! The amenities were all exceptional (multiple pools perfect for kids and adults). The rooms were fantastic, always clean and the staff were so lovely!

Our bed was very uncomfortable, it sloped downward on both ends so we were sleeping on the edges almost rolling off every night, it seems they need to change the mattress, the balcony also wasn’t enjoyable to sit on from the overgrown plant boxes that haven’t been weeded in a while so couldn’t really sit & enjoy the beautiful view & needs a good power wash. The menu & restaurants don’t offer a lot of local cuisines which was a shame. Wifi was terrible, cut out every 5 mins. Overpriced meals for the portion you receive. The stroller which was offered to us due to our stroller being misplaced was very dirty & old considering the price you pay to hire it.

The friendly staff, (besides 1) always smiling, very warm & approachable. The activities they provide are awesome. The buffet breakfast offers a lot of options.

Slippery when wet particularly on rainy days. Wife had a fall on wet stairs, Safety strips on the stairs would have avoided this slip and fall

The balcony is not fully covered , all chairs are getting wet when it’s raining, therefore we couldn’t sit outside during the rain.

Lack of communication between staff. The rooms were not cleaned properly and we had to request the cleaner to attend and do the cleaning again. Always had to request for toiletries or towels because the cleaner didnt replace them. Had to call the reception a few times requesting for the same service as they forgot to request for it or got busy. For the price, the service is quite average.

Having breakfast with 100s of other people and queueing for omlete, so we rarely sat together for breakfast. It felt like a food hall in a shopping centre.

Cocktails in the beach side bar in the afternoons. The omelets made fresh & were great...after you wait.
