Ant and fly spray Sometimes cocktails write watery and I had to choose wines not to lokig as ran out of quite a ew advertised and also ran out of Heineken 0% beer which was a shame . Drinks relatively expensive but some in m most resorts

Really great size room with amazingly comfortable beds and great can divide the rooms and have own privacy with lounge in the middle and small kitchen Bathroom great - power point ion 1 of the bathrooms was cracked and did not work but other bathroom was fine Kept clean beautifully by daily cleaning team Pool great - red get some ant killer and fly spray in. mornings to keep flies away as quite annoying but otherwise nice relaxing time

The lost property process needs improvement, our kids lost their swim bag on the 1st day and it was overly difficult trying to get someone to check lost and found for us, each day we started fresh with a new staff member. We never really got an answer the whole 7 days and didn't get it back. The guy souvenir shop also sort of conned us - told us a few lies while purchasing a kava bowl. One being they are 4-5x the price in town, 2 that we could claim VAT (tax back) at the airport (we weren't able to as the purchase needs to be over $500 and the form given to you on purchase by the staff). The kava bowls were much cheaper at the airport. Airport taxi cost us $30 from the airport and the hotel was going to charge us $155 for the same thing on the way back when we were heading home - also didn't expect that. Also to add an additional rollaway bed for our other child was going to add NZ$580 for 6 nights.

Beautiful pools and surrounding areas, we spent days just in the hotel and had so much to do. Loved the fire dance every night. The rooms were very spacious we had 3 kids with us. The room had 2 bathrooms, 2 bed and washing machine & dryer (very handy). The breakfast was 5 star. The staff were so friendly - we loved this so much. There were cocktails, food and icecreams you could have delivered to you at the pool - very good service. The hotel has markets, shops and bars and restaurants, everything was stunning.

Our rooms were not ready by 3 pm although the check-in was at 2 pm and we had arrived 2hours early .

We had two buffet dinners and they were good but if they are going to have different seating times then the restaurant needs to make sure the same food is available at each seating. The Seafood buffet was done really well but the Mexican one was a bit lacking.

The villas are spacious with huge comfortable beds. Handy having a kitchen. The Sheraton Villa pool is the best feature. Beautiful pool which is well suited to adults and older children. The breakfast buffet is excellent although very busy. Need to get there early!

Could have been more options of activities during the day such as water aerobics. Wish we could drink the water and have the ice. I had the ice in a cocktail one day and had a bad tummy ache.

Breakfast buffet and restaurant options were excellent. The staff were amazing, so friendly and always wanting to help. The pools and other facilities were excellent.

The restaurants at the Sheraton Hotel are generally very expensive. We did eat at the Villas restaurant which has an Asian and seafood theme and it was generally better priced and to be honest, probably the best dinner we had on our week-long trip.

The facilities were beautiful. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa. it was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The pools are amazing, the grounds are stunning. The staff are friendly.

The three bedroom villa was perfect for our family holiday, with grandparents, adult children and grandchild. Loved the food, really pleased we purchased the all inclusive meals and drink package which saved us heaps of money and was good value. Pools great.

The Villa was clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating to our needs. Overall the staff from the front desk, 28g coffee/snack, housekeepers and throughout were very polite, friendly and always smiling and saying Bula and Vinaka. So proud of my homeland of Fiji.

The decks are way too small. Good only for through-breeze. If you don’t want a lounger then there’s no need to get up early, but if you want to ensure you get one, then as they say, the early bird catches the worm.

For people who love resorts, this is a great place. Lots to do and lots of options in terms of eating, playing and swimming. Beds were very comfortable and the two bedroom villa was spacious.

We love the spaciousness of the villas and the multiple pools to swim in. Breakfast is excellent.
