Room was clean and nice but we had aircon units outside the window view of the wall which made it so noisy to sleep just a shame although only a stopover we didn’t sleep very well.

The location of the room was not great but it was okay. It was comfortable and clean.

I liked that they gave us early check in. We were allowed in the room long before regular check in time. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

We got given an interconnecting room and we're woken up in the middle of the night by other hotel guests. They were trying to get into our room.

No free wifi in room and no free breakfast although to be honest I would prefer the lower room price than these amenities.

Great airport hotel. The smaller room is perfect for a solo traveller. Very clean, quiet, great air conditioning. Easy 5 minute walk to the airport if you have minimal luggage. I have stayed here at about 5 times over the past few years and it keeps improving all the time!

I couldn't turn the TV off so I had to put a blanket over it! (I didn't bother asking for staff to help; I'm sure they would have been helpful)

I had an early flight so I needed to stay close to the airport, and this hotel is right across the street (about a 7 min walk to the Departures area). I arrived late and left early, so I didn't experience much of the hotel, but the bed was comfortable, the room was dark and well air-conditioned, the suite was spacious, and everything was clean. Breakfast opened early so I had time for a quick bite before I left—food was decent.

Access to lower level rooms should have ramp access. My room was clean and comfortable but lighting could be improved.

Sadly they could not accommodate me for 3 extra nights when I needed to stay due to illness. Unfortunately there were cockroaches in our room - not uncommon in tropical countries. There were no free to use laundry facilities. No elevator made it hard to handle heavy bags.

Room was refurbished family room with a spacious bathroom. Bed was comfy. Aircon worked well. Complex had two lovely pools which we didn't use. Restaurant was nice. This hotel is walking distance from the airport.

Ants in the pool, no activities for the kids or pool toys to play with. Did ask for a scoop for the pool but didn't have one or give it. Limited options for diary intolerance.

Breakfast is a choice of continental or add on extra 13 dollars for hot breakfast options. There are also separate cooked options available your typical western breakfast and was well done. In house crossiants were good. Gluten free bread available, only soy and regular milk available I like the pool ( although need a quick clean) lots of ants floating on the water, the slide was amazing! The kids love love loved it. The gym and spa is near the pool which is a great spot and the spa had good deals! There was a free shuttle to airport and quite a few food options nearby which is cheap via taxi. Airport is walking distance. Bed was comfortable. Sofa decent size for extra bed but need to ask for extra bedding

Great friendly staff offering a welcoming environment and typical friendly service.. Large open spaces offering guests a variety of sitting areas either by the pool or away in quieter areas. Very convinrent location so near the airport. Clean rooms with all amenities.

The fittings and furniture in the rooms were a bit dated, but still fully functional and comfortable. The hotel was convenient in regards to the airport, less so for the beaches.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early after my early flight to Fiji. It was a nice touch to have a free airport shuttle both ways to the airport.
