the facilities are split in two categories, one that is covered in the a accommodation teriff, and second that you have to pay for during your stay. the latter one is well managed and of very good quality while it’s super expensive including food, spa, shoes and other extras. the earlier one that you’ve already paid through the teriff has room for improvement. example, the rooms are nice t cleaned daily, our hairdryer didn’t work and they didn’t replace it, the wifi did not work… etc.

Large resort to get around they had bikes but there was a charge. Expensive for what accommodation you get.A lot of things broken for example water equipment. Run out of some foods and wine often.

We had the most wonderful stay for our first trip to Fiji. The staff were above and beyond amazing and we would come back for them any day! They treated our family as there own and even when we had a little rain there was plenty to do.

Prices in the mini mart were quite inflated. I liked everything else about plantation.

The people, oh my goodness I love Fijians and the staff at plantation. We particularly miss a number of staff that made our visit special. My boys really miss Myfa who cared for them whilst we were out surfing. She is a pretty special human. The location was stunning. The food was good, especially curry night. The activities hut guys were a crackup and so good at what they do. They particularly are very aware of the kids and go out of their way to teach and help the kids use watercraft. Thankyou so much. My son will never forget his first memories of sailing a hobie cat by himself. We are having serious withdrawals and will certainly be back again.

Staff were rather difficult when it came to either paying by card or splitting a bill, most expected to charge it to the room. I was travelling with a friend where this wasn’t possible or ideal as we were purchasing different things.

Bikes were good to have a ride around the island but pretty expensive. For 3 of us cost $210 Fjd for 2 days Would have liked a bit more variety with the dining at Tavola, maybe a specials board to change things up. Food we did have was nice though. Buffet changed menu nightly and the food was good but expensive for a buffet dinner ($195 fjd per night for 3) with no soft drinks or juice included like at the breakfast buffet. Not complaining just mentioning for others to be aware.

Location and water was so peaceful and beautiful Staff were friendly. We had an ocean view bure and loved the position being right across from the beach...great view to wake up to Watersports, paddleboarding, kayaking and inflatables were included and fun Sunsets were spectacular. Great place to relax and wind down...7 nights was a good amount of time on the island

We had a poor experience with breakfast the last day we were there. It wasn't made clear to us that we could not ask for just eggs and toast. We were charged for something we didn't order because the system didn't recognize eggs and toast. It would not have been an issue if we knew ahead of time and we could have just ordered off the menu or meal shared. It was a challenge to find staff at the restaurant to help explain this as well as using our pay cards rather than charge it to the room

The bure was clean, bright and comfortable. We were close to the beach and other amenities. We loved that you could pay by prepaid resort cards rather than charge it to your room - bonus points for this option!!

Room toilets were dirty, restaurant and pool toilets were always wet and dirty. Buffets were disappointing. Some activities in kids club were not what was advertised, like a treasure hunt where there is one item to find in one room. We stopped going to Kids club to avoid the disappointment. Having to book dinner every night was frustrating when on holiday.

Location is amazing. Staff are lovely. Kids eat free is great. Bula bikes were fun and essential. Chicken curry rotis and iced coffees were excellent. Kids buffet was good. Kayaks were great and snorkeling by the Pier. The option of four different pools was fantastic.
