酒店硬件都不错，员工很热情，但有几件小事做得不到位，首先，到了酒店入住发现洗漱用品只有一套，联系客服后说再送一套过来，过了半小时都没人，又打电话催，然后又过了三四十分钟才送到，下飞机很累，只想早点休息，为了等这个等了一个多小时。还有就是后面预约了直升机的项目，在酒店前台帮我们联系的车子，第二天早上驾驶员把我们送过去地点送错了，他离开后我们过了好久才发现他送错了，影响了直升机的活动，一天的行程全部打乱，造成了损失。这些行为都是很不专业的，希望以后能改进。酒店本身地点很不错，可是如果没有服务，一切都显得不符合高档酒店应该有的层次。
