Sanasana - nothing I didn’t like. I did think there was an opportunity to make the egg station bigger due to demand. Toba - it was confusing having the table concierge’s station in the middle, while there was also some sort of work station setup in the main walk through area.

Breakfast was great. The staff at the sanasana are never too busy to smile and be welcoming and friendly. The food fantastic. We went to the toba often for dinner which was enjoyable.

It was absolutely beautiful.You could not hear guests in other rooms. The property was well maintained and lush with good snorkeling in front.The staff offered traditional Fijian hospitality at all times. So kind -and heartfelt.

Travelling with a child, we primarily used the family pool and found it a shame it didn’t have views of the beach

Property was stunning, beach was gorgeous and clear, easy layout of building to get around. The staff were incredible, kind and welcoming and were such a joy to interact with. The food was also incredible, the Sasana Breakfast in particular, and the staff were incredibly accommodating

1) Not many options for Vegan/Vegetarian food 2) Dedicated counter for Vegetarian food (no eggs) would have been better, 3) dedicated chef or kitchen area for strictly Vegetarian cooking would be preferable to avoid cross contamination.

Coming from an island stay where you got to know all the staff, guests etc, it felt a lot more impersonal and your just another guest passing through. The cots for babies also weren't the best, just a metal frame with bars that moved easily and creaked a lot.

The facilities were fantastic with a massive kids pool for our little one. The choice of restaurants and food options were great

A few items on the food and drinks menu's were out of stock - probably the only observation that did not quite meet the 5-star rating.

Wonderful resort experience. The location is exceptional; facilities are top notch; dedicated areas for families with children to keep them entertained. Several activities incl. jet ski, snorkel, scuba, kayak, golf etc. etc. for those who want a bit more action. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Special mention to the diving team at Reef Safari!

Some of the staff were not on the same page. We booked one of the restaurants for dinner and decided to later dine in our room. We called and asked if we could get food delivered to the room. One of the staff members said yes and we ended up cancelling our booking at the restaurant. Later they told us that food could not be delivered to the room! We were there for our birthday and this ruined our celebration :(

The continental breakfast at Navo could be upgraded a bit.

Great sized room with balcony area which included a large freestanding bath and day bed. Room was very spacious. The Adults Only pool is amazing.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremly friendly. Food tasted great. During our stay there was a cat.3 typhoon, we had to go into lockdown. They provided us with preprepared breakfast so we dont have to leave our rooms. They provided with complimentary brunch afterwards and cleaned up the roads pretty fast. Everything was very clean.
