We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThere were a couple of things that weren’t great. The shower water didn’t hold the heat lucky it’s a tropical climate. The door to the bathroom with its salon style wasn’t great privacy either. Our family are early risers so waiting till 8am for the kitchen to open wasn’t ideal.
We appreciated the lovely staff, so accomodating and genuine. The pool and meals were a hit with us. It was very quiet, in fact a couple of nights during our seven day stay we were the only ones there.

New ZealandUnfortunately the owners need to spend some money here... * The rats in rooms 18 19 and 20 were loud also one living in rm 20 above air con and the smell coming through the air con was awful * The equipment and weights in the gym broken and treadmills not working. * Not enough balls for the pool table with one cue stick ..tip broken off * No face cloths or hand towels for rooms * Food.menu was excessive..which meant old or overcooked ...price was more expensive than other places.. Fruit platter was not fresh and well over priced.. *Rooms basic, no wear to store clothes especially staying for a weeknor more * No laundry facilities * Bathroom had no toilet brushes..and showers had broken clips so kept on falling off. Would I stay again.....no...The staff were fabulous..couldn't find lovelier people..the resort not so.. This was my 15th trip to fiji so I do know what to expect this place needs some attention..

FijiIve noticed, as the workers see locals, they behave as if they have forgotten wha their job is. No welcoming smiles, no further information about the hotel, no one to help carry the suitcase to the rooms located right at the back surrounded by tall grass. The rooms are dark, very old and needs maintenance to get some modern ambience. Old tvs with dvd players which the time for has gone. Staff are pathetic.
Its a descent stay in the sigatoka area.

United StatesLocation was very convenient for day trips but not walking distance to any beaches.
Our stay was wonderful, rooms were great and the kids loved the pool. I left my cellphone on an outside table when I checked out and hopped on the bus to the airport. The receptionist was incredible, she looked around until she found it and then (without me even asking!) contacted a taxi and arranged for him to bring it to me at the airport. So wonderful! This place is very lucky to have hired such great staff. Overall, I highly recommend it!

United KingdomThis place is absolutely fake what you see on the booking as the pictures are very old. The reality of this place is absolutely disgusting, as the place is filthy from every aspect. The rooms stinks from the urine, walls dirty, in bathrooms scale and you can see the dirt and molds. The mattress dirty with patches, all night we were itching like there were bed bags, even now I have goosebumps to think about it. TV and WiFi didn’t work, and from that dirty environment I have got a herpes all over my lips. The guy who cleaned the swimming pool used a dirty mop and he used the water from the pool, absolutely shocking! The restaurant area is also very old, and u feel and smell the Dampness. We supposed to stay there 10 nights but after one night I contacted booking.com to raise a concern about this place and they deal with it immediately. The manager who is Indian woman didn’t even come to me and speak to me. I had to deal with receptionist who was really nice. I am sure if this place is in the U.K. or in the Europe, this place would be shut down immediately after health and safety/ hygiene inspection. Unfortunately, it seems that here in Fiji there is not such an institution to report unsafe places like this. I do not recommend this place at all if you have specially child like I had with me. I was really shocked when we approached the hotel, I thought we are in the wrong place because it looks ugly from outside like it’s going fall a part the whole place. I took just few pictures that reflect reality of that place. I forgot to mentioned that we been moved to another room because of the urine smell but it was the same smell in that second room.
There is nothing to like about this property, only staff were nice as usual Fijian who are kind. Luckily I received refund and I left immediately from this awful place to another place!
