The controler for the DVD didn't work well. I think there could have been better room lighting. The doors were hard to unlock and open.

It would be rather nice to have a small corridor with shelter for the rooms at the back, to accomodate for the rainy times so guests don't drench in the rain while walking to and from their rooms

Convenient location that's easy to find. The rooms are cozy and I liked the size of the rooms, just right especially the bathroom and toilet room. What I liked most was the dimly lit cozy lights, they greatly added the cozy atmosphere to the rooms

Not a big deal to me, but if I had to pick anything, the pillows were uncomfortable and whatever they cleaned the room with smelt like urine cakes. Pillow problem was easily solved by asking for another and the smell was clearly a cleaning product so I looked past it.

Really friendly staff, great meals, nice quiet family feel to the place. The groundskeepers and cleaning staff are always working hard to keep everything neat and there is always a staff member on hand to answer any question or help out with anything. Pool was very clean and the perfect temperature. For stormy days there is a great selection of DVDs to watch; and the children liked playing pool or watching TV in the TV room.

The staff were super friendly. Nice atmosphere and not crowded like the bigger resorts. Good food, but close to other restaurants too. Basic rooms, but there was everything we needed. Nice comfortable bed.

Family orientated is what makes Gecko’s so good - don’t become like the big resorts

There was nothing not to like. It was just a nice relaxing stay.

We enjoyed everything about Geckeos, in fact we wished our stay had been a little longer. Location, staff, food, amenities were all to our expectation. it was great.

Really big, thick and hard pillows. We used our sweatshirts as pillows. Need to be on 'Fiji-Time' for breakfast. Took almost 40min to get served.

Very good for a 1-night stay if you want to cut some travel time. Room was good and matress comfy. TV channels didn't work though.

They could do with getting some more sun beds and umbrellas for guests to relax in. The main negative we had was the price of the food, the restraunt is always empty as the prices of the food are so high. We had dinner at the resort once and the food isn’t the best quality and is $30-40 Fiji dollars per main course. So most guests go out to near by places like junction cafe for food. I think they would benefit from reviewing the food and drink prices in-order to make the restraunt busier and have more atmosphere

We had a great stay at geckos! The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy and the showers and aircon are great. The 2 pools are both lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There were no screens on the door so the air con had to be on. The rooms could use an update and smaller pillows.

Staff were friendly but not particularly happy. The rooms would be better if you could self cater during your stay.

Location is fine if you have a car. The rooms are comfortable for a budget stay. The rooms are large. The fire show was excellent and worth seeing.
