The location. It’s quite a way out from Nadi and some of the day trips didn’t want to pick up from hotel. You would need to catch taxis to get anywhere. If only staying a few days not a problem but any longer than a week you could get a bit bored especially if weather is bad. Also menu is quite repetitive if staying longer than a few days.

The staff are exceptional. They are so helpful and friendly and really do their very best for you. Always smiling. Good sized swimming pool. Food of a good quality. Entertainment most evenings was very enjoyable. Traditional singing and dancing and the Fire Dancing was exceptional.

Location is a bit far from the port, however there is transport to the port for island tours.

The resort is small but that is what we wanted. The staff were all absolutely wonderful, helpful and really friendly. Breakfast was good value for money and our apartment was nice, comfortable bed and great shower. We loved how quiet is is, no traffic noise, just frogs at night. On one of the nights there was entertainment in the restaurant area, very lively and lots of audience participation. Would 100% stay here again.

Not a criticism of this hotel but hotels in general in Fiji have an obsession with playing really crappy American C&W music and not their own lovely songs.

Great stay as always, very good breakfast. Staff are excellent. Loved the singers at the bar. Was there for a cyclone passing but went well. No complaints at all really. Food at the bar is not overly expensive.

The resort is a little tired, but great value for money and we were very comfortable.

We have stayed here previously and it appears that maintenance is lacking. I feel that within the next few years the beachfront rooms will become very run down. Things such as dishwasher and rangehood not working. Fridge/stovetop looking tired and beaten up. cupboards/doors not closing. Also a good clean throughout the room is necessary. Shower and taps also need attention, washers replaced etc

Our villa was next to the resort workshop/garage and there would be days when it would get noisy pretty early (power tools and vehicles)

The resort needs better maintenance as it looked and felt old. The bathroom in our room is outdated and requires upgrading to make it more comfortable to use. Also we asked for the resort to book us a taxi from the airport when we arrived. This was not arranged. It was our first time in Fiji and I thought our holiday could have started better and not scrambling to find out how to get to the resort.

Our first night was Christmas night. The buffet food was really worth it. There were a few main meals to choose from and majority of these were seafoods which were really delicious. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They performed a warrior dance which showed us a little bit about the Fijian culture. The resort is big enough and there were a few activities to choose from such as snorkelling and kayaking.
