We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNot same standard as few years ago. Shower not cleaned properly. Bedding and towel didn’t feel clean enough. Smelt like not washed with bleach. Even looked coloured Not white. Pillow case same small. Should be bleached and washed properly and smell fresh. This is the only thing we didn’t like.

United States of AmericaI was a bit disappointed by the room location. I expected it to be closer to the water, but the garden was nice.
Bar with music, dinner site overlooking the ocean is outstanding. The beach area is also agreeable. Rooms are located in different areas: some are face the ocean, others are in the garden. The pool was pleasant, but with noisy kids in KidCare. Staff was pleasant and caring.

New ZealandCockroach deposits on the bathroom walls. swimming pool filled too high preventing the skimmer system to work so had to swim on insects and other detritus.
Breakfast was quite nice but the toasters needed servicing - took too long to brown toast. Room had a great view of the sea and a short walk to the restaurant and pool.

AustraliaThere does not appear to be any local activities as the Water Sports was not operating and it appears that all guests took 1/2 day or full day activities at Denarau.
First Landing overall environment is completely different to most Concrete Jungle Resorts. The bungalows in the Tropical Forest type settings are very nice. The bungalows however are now quite old and seen better days. They are clean and serviced every day however the Geckos that come into the bungalows frightened my Partner. The staff were exceptionally friendly, we would love to go back one day. We will possibly wait for the advertised upgrade to the facility before returning.
