We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room was excellent but too far to walk to the restaurant and reception. Breakfast too good. We enjoyed during our stay. Parking was far. I didn't get what I requested as the room close to the pool but anyways, overall it was great.

JapanI was charged 70 percent tips ( $34 ) on my $50 bill under gratuity in the pool side restaurant KORO.. Usually tips it's about 10-15 percent. I told them to change the bill which they did but with unfriendliness. Usually tipping is up to us and they haven't even serve us anything but the email came for confirmation of our pool side orders. It's ordered using UR code. 70 percent tips on our total bill is uncommon. I told the front desk when l was checking out. The other restaurants inside the hotel is friendly and didn't charge any extra under gratuity. Tipping is up to us and they are friendly. Another thing , house keeping should do a better job. I got to call up to request for items that l needed. Same thing happened on my 1st checked in. This is my 2nd check in this month in the Hilton spa and resort.
Most of the staff really did their best. But not all. But on the whole it's good and safe for the family. Good massages!

AustraliaThe room could have used some more hooks, a clothes line, a shelf or something in the shower for your personal toiletries so they are not on the floor, there’s tvs in every room which is nice but not much to watch, some more channels would be nice or dvds to borrow (for winding down at night). Shades over a pool for the kids would be great!
Huge 2 bedroom room with 2 bathroom’s, lots of pools, friendly helpful staff, Bula express cart to get around the huge resort, easy booking through the front desk or water sport desk outside.

Having our own plunge pool was amazing. And having an adults only section in the resort was great if you were there for total relaxation without kids. Food was great, couldn’t fault it. It wasn’t our first time to Fiji, and it won’t be the last. Fijian people are so friendly & accommodating.

JapanThe lady in the shop that sells the ticket for Bula bus was noticably rude. She kinda of throwing back the change and receipt to me. When l asked her why she treats me the customer like that, she answered me that "l'm sick." I couldn't believe my ears!!!???!!! I was told by another guests that she has experienced the same treatment while l was bringing the incident up at the front desk. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Even the booking fee Food or drink orders took ages to be delivered We booked one of hotel’s restaurants for our 10th anniversary dinner. They specifically asked us if it was a special occasion. But on seems they did not even care at the night of booking. Not even a dessert or something. Or a special table. As if we’re just there to eat dinner. So disappointing

AustraliaThe only thing that is a little hard is that the restaurants and experiences that the resort offers are expensive. However, is to be expected, the Koro restaurant food wasn't great but the other one was fantastic
Staff are obviously fantastic; they are very welcoming and ready to help. Breakfast was lovely and the Asian restaurant was fantastic, and all the restaurants have beautiful views. Pools are great right on the beach and the resort offers buggy's to take you from one end to another which is great in the Fiji heat.

Beautiful property with amazing staff. Every room has a view and it’s breathtaking. Property provides a lot of food options, leisure facilities and a water activities. They also have kids specific activities and zones, alternatively adults only zone. My partner and I loved our stay and the service is exceptional 😊

We found the walking pleasant and relaxing but some people may want to request a room closer to front desk area to avoid lots of walking.

AustraliaThe room had footprints on a big manhole above the bath, and the extra bed that was made up in the room was right beside the front door with light and noise coming in. There was also a marked, fake wall beside the bed which was weird and unattractive. The pillows were great but my bed was so saggy. I had a poor sleep, which was disappointing after 5 nights of divine sleep at our previous holiday accommodation. The communication with reservations prior to leaving Australia was quite poor. I wanted to sort everything out before I left but their responses were very slow, I had to contact them a few times. Then they were texting me when I was in Fiji and didn’t have the ability to text back. I also made arrangements with reception for our departure when I checked in, and I later got a text asking about my departure plans. That made me concerned we wouldn’t get picked up at 5:30am the next morning. Fortunately our departure worked out as planned.
The pools, restaurants and facilities spread out over 2km with a beach backdrop is quite impressive. Fortunately they gave us lifts in golf carts to and from reception as we had an early flight departure. The ambience, drinks, meals and service at the adults-only restaurant were good, although they did overcharge us (and fixed the error once pointed out). This was a very different experience to the two other hotels/resorts we had stayed at on this trip. I can imagine people have a fantastic holiday here but I felt it really lacked the Fiji magic, was a bit too commercialised for my personal taste. They had a busy schedule of activities but unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to experience any of them. It was just an overnight stay for us and what I loved the most was the Fiji Airways check-in counter for our early departure. We were able to check in our luggage at reception and didn’t see them again until we collected them in Australia. That was brilliant - Vinaka vakalevu!

New ZealandFor the cost the rooms ( I needed to change rooms at one stage ) both were a little dated for the cost and are starting to need an update/ refurbish.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff , nothing was ever too much , exceptional service provided by everyone I interacted with. Although I felt my room needed a little bit of refurbishment the room itself was comfortable and cool ( it was very hot when I stayed) and had all the basics. Breakfast was plentiful and there was a wide choice to suit all palates. I also ate at the Asian restaurant onsite and had a great meal there with friends - our waitress was fantastic that night. As I was attending a conference I didn’t get to truly explore the facilities but I gathered from friends also staying there that the spa and massage was well worth a visit…
