We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaRelaxing, no mozzie net in my room had to ask three times to get one brought to me. Bit expensive for what you get food wise and don't have water refills so you have to pay for water $7 a litre bottle. Food also expensive it's nice but nothing special. Two pools which are nice and bungalows are cosy and nice rooms. Air con in my room didn't work well so had that plus two fans and was still quite hot.

The resort is located right at the beach with an awesome view of the mountains. You need to take a cab which usually cost $10 to $30 AUD to get to close by attractions, hotels, supermarket, etc.

AustraliaUnfortunately the property was very dated. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and too low to the ground. Pool was too small and not enough chairs around the pool area. Not a lot of food choice. Staff was a little rude at checkin and unable to book any tours.

New ZealandThe bathrooms could have been a little better kept. However, they were still clean. Would have been nice to be able to turn the aircon lower, the room was still super warm and humid even with the aircon on and running all night.
The staff were awesome, the mudslides (cocktail) were amazing. Nice to have good food on site! The accommodation is on a nice property. Room was massive and had plenty of space for things. Perfect place for a few nights!

Australia- Breakfast suppose to start at 7:30, however the food was not ready until 8:15. At 7:30 there is only bread. Considering that most of the excursions have a pick up at 8 am, the breakfast should start earlier. - No Wifi in the bungalows and very limited in the common areas. - Safe box was not working.

AustraliaNeeds maintenance done on the Bure’s.Shower in our Bure is out dated and the pipe under the sink in the bathroom was leaking so they put a bucket underneath.You pay the price for the beachfront view not really for the accommodation. Food there was not that great. Breakfast was the same everyday and sometimes they ran out of stuff.
Quiet beach and location. Staff were very friendly. Found it very relaxing and quiet. Secluded from other tourists.

CanadaThere were 4 sets of stairs (of unequal height) to get to our room. Dinner options were limited to what the daily special was: Sunday- beach bbq, Tuesday- tacos. The pizza/Chinese restaurant was Ok (hard to find the ham on the Hawaiian pizza). You must take a taxi or a 25 min beach walk to go anywhere.
This property feels like an island hotel. Our room (the superior ocean ) was in a 3 storey building which is relatively new. The bed was comfortable, Wifi was good, had A/C and a fan, great shower, 2 huge drawers for toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was included and included all the basics (toast, eggs, sausages, fruit, and either fried rice or noodles with veggies).

CanadaThat the ma management staff argued with a employee (possibly a supervisor) at the front check in in from of us (the customers) and the front area staff. Alot tough I could not understand the conversation, I knew it was very argumentative and the staff seemed distracted and somewhat set off by the confrontation. Was not a good start to the stay but once in the resort the staff were wonderful. Hopefully they are appreciated.
