No room service from the restaurant. I had to bring food to the room from the restaurant on my own.

The room was great, the staff wonderful, the location was amazing. Clean, pleasant, with a great open pool. Great food selection for breakfast.

Very good location. Only 10 minutes walk from the Tallink ferry terminal. It was also 20 minutes walk from Helsinki city centre. Plenty of restaurants closed by. For anyone interested in a swim there was a pool on the 16th floor.

The room we stayed in could do with some renovation, and the air-conditioning would not go below 21 degrees, which made it a bit too warm at times.

The views are spectacular, and it's a short walk into the city, alternatively there are several metro lines departing from just outside the hotel. The hotel bar was a highlight! The pool and sauna area are nice, but there could be more lounge furniture on the sun deck. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.

Our room had some clear signs of abrasion and some uncleanly bits, but none that really affected our stay.

The best parts were the pool and sauna area, as well as the sky bar (gorgeous sunset views!). The staff were all lovely and so accommodating. Easy public transport as well as beautiful seaside walkways to the city centre. Breakfast was very well organised and filling with plenty of options (even for a vegetarian) both sweet and savoury, special mention for the selection of fresh fruits!

Self-service check in took a long time to get through and ultimately didn't complete programming keys so had to go back to the front-desk anyway...

I had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities and amazing view. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a fantastic breakfast buffet. The facilities, including the fitness centre, sauna and pool, were top-notch. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning soon!

Location was a bit further out than I wanted. They did have a tram stop right out the front though.

The best views in Helsinki and the rooftop pool was amazing but very busy when I was there. Buffet breakfast was the best. Pillows were also good.

The hotel is amazing , super clean, one of the best views of helsinki, the bar on the rooftop is amazing and definitely with a visit, one of best views specially during summer. One of the best breakfast i had in my life with so many good , fresh options. Swimming pool on rooftop is another great point and provides an amazing view of helsink. a MUST GO!

It’s not in the city so I recommend people buy a public transport day ticket. The trams are very convenient.

Just one odd thing: When I entered my room, there were two dog bowls, a dog blanket and some dog treats. That seemed strange, as I wasn't travelling with any pets. Not a problem, but just sort of funny.

Breakfast was amazing, as I have experienced before with European hotel breakfasts. The location was great, for taking a ferry to Estonia.
