Tried to change the date of the booking but the hotel wasn't responsive. Also phone did not answer. WiFi is mostly useless.

The water of the termas is not so hot and we were unlucky because the day before rained a lot and part of the circuit could not be running correctly. Again the staff is very resolutive and you can claim for the money back if you do not want to enter in the termas

The bedroom was fantastic and also the refurbished part of the building!! Staff very nice and resolutive. The location is surprising after being in the naked railway for a while.

The breakfast is horrible and there's no organisation whatsoever during breakfast, we arrived at 10, so 1h to go, and things were a mess... With many things missing from food to cutlery, dirty things... Not good at all

The breakfast buffet selection was limited and the cooked food was lukewarm.

Good value because it has the mineral lake and a 45-minute spa visit included in the price. If you paid separately the spa visit costs 20 Euros and so does a day pass to the mineral lake.

It is not a question of dislike rather one of sadness that such elegant buildings show the ravages of time. It needs a very wealthy individual with no pretensions of making money to bring it all back up to its glory days. There is such potential but it would need a great deal of investment to fully realise the potential.

it is an eccentric and unusual spa hotel almost redolent of an earlier age. it’s location off the beaten track adds yet more mystique as do the gardens, the thermal lake and the lake cafe/bar

A bit tired. One reception with only 1person serving 3 hotels, so a long wait! We’re supposed to call when the room was ready, but never did!

The most horrible experience. The property lies, there is no internet, they proposed us to stay in the corridor where the signal was very weak, the breakfast was horrible, dirty. We left the next day, even though we had come for 5 days, they forced us to pay an extra day, even though our departure was because of the lies published on Booking about the facilities

The staff despite having a bit of an attitude treated us with respect and gave us an upgrade to the room. With that said the room it self had its own problems, such as smells and a badly working AC. It is an old style hotel that is probably more targeted to the older generation. The breakfast isn't bad but could use some healthier options.

we were told earliest for dinner 21.45 which was too late asked if there was anywhere else to eat told no, sat in car found another hotel to eat at 20.00 booked it on booking. com returned to reception informed of our decision the reply was we could eat in the village asked why didn’t you tell us when we asked….no reason given

i found hair in the drains of the bathroom as soon i entered to shower , air conditioning wasn’t working, the entrance to the elevator all towels in the floor because of water. and I can’t forget the smell of the room. for the price that we paid we expected something better. and don’t get me started with the breakfast only good thing the staff was great dealing with our questions.
