No storage in the bathroom. The sink is tiny and not practical.

The location is amazing. Very central. You can walk to Gaudi's casas, Ramblas, the gothic quarter. There's parking just in front of the hotel (it's not free but you get a preferred tariff as a guest in the hotel). A lot of restaurants, cafés, and shops are very nearby.

Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom. Hard to try and all cramp around the one bathroom mirror or waiting to take turns.

Petit Palace Museum is a great hotel. It has a great vibe and a top location+ spacious rooms, great facilities in the room, is clean and comfy. Hats off to the staff Lucas, Xavi, Cristian and particularly Natalia who was super helpful, super fun and super fast (loved her). The stay at the Petit Palace Museum really added some flavour to my stay in Barcelona.

Our bedroom could have done with a fresh coat of paint. There was also a leak in the bathroom ceiling above the shower however, this was fixed very promptly when it was reported.

The breakfast wasn't that good without much varieties, and the long waiting time at the reception desk as there's only one person handling all guests. They also give priority to guests who are checking out I.e. when you are in the process of checking in, you get left out until they handle the other guest who is checking out

The breakfast was not great and we were left feeling disappointed, the tables were left dirty when other guests left so had to ask staff to clean them so we could sit down. Had to ask staff to refill the food and the juices. The food was ok, but the lack of attention by the staff ruined it for us . Maybe more staff would have helped ?

We had twin matrasses, but they shift very easily, which is not very comfortable. We only had one sink for a triple room. Breakfast was pretty limited and not everything fresh.

I did not like the cleanliness of the room. Especially the bathroom with mold and limescale on all the elements. I also find the insulation of the room and the hotel in general a shame because we could hear the road traffic in Barcelona even in the evening!

I really like the attention paid by the staff and the location in the heart of Barcelona. The breakfast was also really tasty pastries and lot of food choices.

No opportunity to sit outside with a drink as there isn’t a communal rooftop bar/cafe/garden. Our room only had a view from a window & no balcony. Hotel room price I didn’t think reflected this lack of guest facility. We booked a family room but upon arrival we were given 2 rooms next to each other as family room had maintenance needs.

Great location, with several sights within easy walking distance making it convenient for exploring with kids. Rooms of a good size. Nice lobby space. Wonderful wine bar & restaurant & cheese shop opposite. Good selection of restaurants nearby.

Special thanks to Natalia and Lucas. They were so nice and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Barcelona. It was much bigger than we were expecting. The bathroom was also huge. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant experience while we stayed for four days at the Petit Palace Museum in April 2024. It has a good location, ok breakfast, and very friendly staff. Natalia and Lucas are especially friendly and helpful. I recommend staying at this hotel.
