location was the best thing about this booking, close to tourist attractions, old town, metro, markets on the square, restaurants nearby, balcony & view from the balcony

There is not much facilities like fridge, common kitchen, coffee dispenser, hot/cold drinks/snack dispenser, at least to make one's stay feeling like home! For its price, I think clients deserved better facilities.

Very good location, no doubt a good place to hang around in Placa Reial. It has clean towels and room, a functioning shower and comfortable stay. Very kind people

The location was amazing - right in the center of a lovely and lively plaza with lots to eat and do. Everything in walking distance. The rooms were clean with clear accessibility of how to enter and leave the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Plaça Reial is truly a beautiful place, we’ve had a room with the balcony and view of the square. Absolutely worth it. Great location and easy to get around the city.

Bathroom could do with a bit more ventilation, some simple ammenities in room or by reception such as coffee, Tea, a kettle would be so good. And I think that would really improve the ratings

Location was the best but about it! The balcony overlooks a beautiful courtyard. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Towels which looked 100 years old !!! No water in the room . And lift doesn’t work from 11pm-8am

The location is great , right near la ramblas . It’s an old dilapidated building turned into a guest house. We were put into a room that was dark and extremely compact and looked haunted . When asked the receptionist about the picture on bookings.com she shifted us to the renovated room . Please ask for the room on the picture if you book through bookings.com. We were in the room only to sleep as we were out most of the time so the hotel didn’t matter that much .

Our choice was to use shared bathroom facilities to have lower price. It was as expected (there was also a sink in our room). Great value for money.

Me and my 15 yrs old daughter really enjoyed the location. There was a great choice of restaurants, shops, pubs right by the Real Square, short walking distance to the public transport and not far to the marina, churches, museums and other interesting places. The staff was very friendly.

Really good location, hard to find in the square but not a big issue ! Rooms are basic but all you need for a short trip. Beautiful views and great staff. Would recommend. Photos don’t do it justice as it’s nicer in person.

Room facing Ramblas was noisy Small room was ok for us, but be aware that it is small Steep stairs were ok for us, but with limited physical abilities it could be a problem, since elevator only works during the day.

Couldn't fault the location, or the price compared with everything else. Little tip though - don't go for the rooms with a view as they open onto a Plaza Real and people are out late talking and drinking, I had a room that was one back from the front of the building and slept like a baby :-)

The place is super good and and is right in the centre buzzing with tourist.. underground Metro station, hop-on hop-off bus, taxi stand, shopping, super markets, beach, hotels all right next door. Marissa who was attending the guests, was just as lovely as anyone can expect to be. She was a great guide and gave us all necessary do's and don'ts in Barcelona. It was a lovely place, with lovely people making it a great experience until we visit Marissa again someday soon.
