Well, I think that adding a microwave to the Studio would make a big difference.

Three things: the staff, so friendly; the location, close to the main attractions of Santiago de Compostela; and the studio: clean and secure. I am not always eager to write and provide reviews. In this case, I am making an exception because it is worth it.

Bed excellent - best ever! Nice light from big windows, bedside light worked great, desk and chair in room, very helpful reception with directions, bags, and information. Helped with next hotel communications. Included breakfast at little cafe up the road. Held my bag for me. Spoke English which was helpful.

This place was GREAT! I had an entire apartment that was modern and clean, and less than 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. This was incredibly good value for the money.

A list of nearby cafes that open early in the am would have been helpful to a pilgrim still walking the Camino.

As a solo female I appreciated the safety of the pension. I liked that the doors were locked at 5:00 pm except to residents. Concierge was very helpful and place was super clean. I’d read reviews that the showers were small. That’s so not true; I’ve seen hotels in Spain with really small showers!

We reached the hotel after completing the Portuguese Camino. Tired, aching, and wanting nothing more than spend a quiet night in. The reception was closed when we arrived and we found an envelope with the keys. Upon unpacking, we noticed that one of the beds and the shower had some ants walking on them. We didn't pay much attention to it, did our best to remove them and went to bed. Boy where we wrong... The next day we woke up to a room infested with ants everywhere you looked; floor, furniture, linen, walls, toilet, and the list goes on. Even our luggage were covered with them. We alerted the reception right away and requested a new room. They accommodated our request, though we had to wait for 6 hours until one was available. To be fair, they upgraded us to an apartment, but the damage was done. Overall, it wasn't the best experience especially if one takes into account that we arrived after walking for 8 days straight.

Owner of property gave my rooms door code to another person. So in the night this person entered my room. Asked owner for refund my stay. Owner excused to me and said that problem lasted only one minute and that i was not in danger. They changed door code after. Also doors code that they gave me at cheking in actualy was easy to guess if you know room numbers.

Communication: Staff wasn’t present at my arrival, which I had announced. I tried going to the accommodation a couple of different times. Since I was not from Spain, I did not have a way to call them (their number is not in What’sup). In despair, I had to ask a stranger to call and in total, I waited for about an hour to check in. There was not apology, which I thought was a little rude. The next two days, the staff I saw there were always behind a locked glass, so overall, it felt distant.

well located, comfortable beds, good shower, drying handles for towels, and they cleaned up in between days without me asking.

As I already spoke with them first night heating was not on so the day after, due to my request, they gave me an electric heater. The room was in ground floor so also the cold air was coming from the entrance. Shower in the late morning was running out of warm water. Hairdryer was shared. So basically, a part of private room and bathroom, some albergues found on my way to Santiago were much comfortable
